Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Adrian

I ordered a crispy chicken salad and wanted to add almonds and dry noodles on the side but it wouldn’t allow me to add on the online menu so I called immediately 20 seconds after I placed the order and she immediately started lying to me saying it was already made and picked up..I new for a fact that was a lie bc I just pressed the button and placed the order seconds ago that’s impossible and to say she still couldn’t add it for me even if it was there after I said that and said I’d have to drive there if I wanted those sides added. That’s the whole point of delivery is your Not Driving?? I was happy to pay extra I wasn’t asking to add to the salad or disturb the bag I just wanted to put some almonds and dry noodle sticks in a cup and new bag. She gave me every excuse and refused to sell me those sides but what really bothered me was they lied and said it was ready I worked for apple bees before it was 12 years ago but chicken takes a Specific amount if time to deep fry I know how long it takes to make and it doesn’t take 40 seconds to make a chicken salad and Chicken tender platter. The fact they said it was made already and gone upset me bc it wasnt made yet but I wasn’t asking to disturb the order just to add a new bag of sides that are the same as adding a dressing I’m blown away how rude she was and how she immediately refused to try and order the sides. Only reason I didn’t cancel was bc it was for my mother and she’s disabled and really wanted to eat there salad with those sides but I didn’t want to disappoint her completely. Worst customer service ever and I was a server for 8 years of my life and served for them in a different area so I now what I’m talking about. I’m disgusted I really am. For the wait time

So far we have been at Applebee's for over an hour waiting for a table a table when only toled 25 min and the Manger (Anna) was terrible and had no care in the world and was like sry we have had some people in there tables for 3 hours and they can't ask them to leave so we just have to wait. To me it seems like they just want to keep the same amount of people in the seats as long as possible to not have to do more work. We called at 6:14 to see if we can put a place in line and they toled us no but they knew we where on our way still but they had no plans to make a larg party work and said we had to accurately wait on a table between 2 other tables that where empty even tho they knew a large party was on the way got here at 6:50pm Finley seeted at 8:45pm

That broil cook from the south is hot as heck and a great guy! He’s everything I aspire to be in my life! I heard through the grapevine that his work husband Brian makes sure everything behind the scenes is perfect and up to standards. That short guy is also doing a swell job and being a real upstanding citizen. I’ve seen him clean the bathrooms like no other. They have the best wings and everything from fry side is beyond amazing! I’d totally recommend getting anything cooked in their fry vats! That’s one of the main reasons to go to Applebee’s. Forgot the bourbon steak and that Oreo shake, you want the brand new Cheetos wings (trademarked, just not by me).
