McDonald's — Restaurant in Aiken County

This location makes allot of mistake and never admits to the error. Yesterday was a total mess up. We order filet fish meal with Diet Coke, second meal was a cheese burger mayo ketup only fries and a sprite. I had two McDonald’s coupon I was able to use. When the lady at the register went to scan it she said it down quailfy. So when exit out of the code the McDonald’s app would reload. It was 2.00 off with the purchase of any combo meal. My daughter was driving since she just picked up from the hospital and prior to checking the bag we left and went over cvs for pain pill and antibiotics prescription. Once we open the bag we had a 10pc chicken nuggets with fires. We went right back explained to them that it’s possible that someone got our order as it appears we got there’s. The manager comes to the drive through window very rudely asking did you call. We said no we came right back. She had no sympathy whatsoever I had blood dripping down my face apparently it didn’t matter they treated us as if we were stealing something or lied about the whole story just to get free food. After several attempts explain it to them and provide the receipt what we ordered and paid for I turned around and gave us a cheeseburger with everything on it no drinks no fries we asked to get it explain to them in detail they finally gave it to us however my daughter got so frustrated because I just got out of the hospital I have a ready to go in the trash you could even eat it. I keep telling myself I’ll never go back to this location because it’s not the first have a better job has been very rude it’s dead here’s a post I’m sure I’m not the first one that this is happened to...

If I could give this McDonald’s a negative star review, I would do it in a heartbeat. Since the first time I’ve went here there has always been an issue, whether my food was wrong, burnt, took too long or missing something … it’s always been something. I constantly tell myself I won’t get there anymore but than I end up back here. But this last time, absolutely last straw. The last 2 times my curbside pickup order was never brought out to me when it said it was. This last time, I again ordered pickup .. they were pretty busy so after 20 minutes of waiting in the parking spot the cars around me slowly started leaving. So I waited a little longer because I notice the drive thru still had a line … after 49 minutes of waiting I had to go inside and the first girl told me they didn’t have my order. Than another lady handed me a bag .. which was NOT my order. Then they tell me they have to make me new fries .. after 10 minutes waiting on 4 large fries, which were all burnt and tasted like yesterdays cooking grease, I added cheese on my sandwich which I never got, the machine had no ice, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my frappe, they never gave me or offered a drink tray, and handed me a bag was ripped all down the side. So NOT the place to go in the morning before work or school. Took my grandkids for a drivethrough breakfast this morning on our way to school. Thrilled to see only two cars ahead of me. Should have known! First the lady taking our order (not a big order, just for the kids) had to repeat the order 4 times. I get up to the window and the young lady says, "one of the drinks is made wrong" ? How can you do this? She tells me to pull up and she'll bring it out to me. A DRINK!! He settled for a small frappe they already had ready instead. I got my stuff and pull off only to hit my brakes. My granddaughter's butter biscuit is missing. I go inside and get her biscuit. I get back to the car and the pancakes have no syrup. I go back inside to get syrup. I have said very little to the staff about the situation. What's the use? However, that did not stop the underage girl who waited on me from rolling her eyes and saying, "do you need ANYTHING else?" I told her it depends on what else they left out of the order and walked out. This all took about 20 minutes. McDonald's: I saw only a handful of kids working this morning shift. Unacceptable and sad. A gentleman leaving said he had no better luck with his orders...
