Chef Gina did the desserts and cake for my wedding and everything turned out amazing! Not only were the desserts delicious, but Gina's customer service was great from the very beginning. She was very easy to get in contact with and so helpful from the first time I sent her a message. She had a phone call with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. She assisted with picking out cake flavors, dessert quantities, etc. She even provides a contactless tasting for a small fee and it was easy to pick up the cakes and try them from the comfort of my home. We decided to do a smaller wedding cake and even though it was small and simple, the flavors were incredible. I have had multiple guests reach out to ask who made our cake because they loved it so much. We did a dessert table as our main dessert for the wedding and Gina provided various cookies, cake pops, macarons (OMG the macarons are to die for), and little individual cheesecake shooters. She even made custom sugar cookies for us with our initials on them. She suggested a quantity based on our number of guests and it was the perfect amount, with only a few cookies left over to take home. I only wish I had taken the time to try everything because it all looked amazing! All of the guests raved about the desserts and went back for seconds, thirds, and fourths. The desserts I did have the opportunity to try were absolutely divine. I couldn't have imagined anything better! After the event, Gina took the time to reach out and make sure everything turned out okay - again, great customer service and shows that she cares about the services she provides. I will definitely be asking Chef Gina to make more desserts for future events....

Chef Gina is a great addition to the Akron area's local businesses. I have experience with both custom orders and purchasing premade options from her local retail spots (inside the Northside Marketplace and inside Leaf). Everything is always as beautiful as it is delicious. She's meticulous in her detail and technique. She's very easy to work with: reliable, a quick communicator, and asks the right questions to ensure she delivers exactly what you want. I've never once been disappointed! It's hard to choose highlights because it's all so good, but (some of) my favorites are her macaron ice cream sandwiches, cheesecake items, cakes with pastry cream, and of course her famous macarons are the best I've ever had.
