I just saw Master Artist Kenn Hetzel's 102 Sculptures on the third floor. It was an amazing experience. All of these Sculptures really showcases his talent and skills to work with stone, wood and metal. 100 of the Sculptures can fit in your hands and Mr. Hetzel is willing to make full sized versions of any of his hand held peices. He has 2 full sized Sculptures in the middle of the room around 4 feet tall. I hope everyone interested in Sculptures and art will come and check this out in person as pictures and video do not full show the depth of detail and beauty these Sculptures.

I had an incredible adventure at the Summit Art Space! It was such an inspiring experience, and I left buzzing with ideas for things I can't wait to create. The space itself sparked so much creativity, and to top it off, they shared information about how I could become part of the gallery. Here's hoping one day I'll have my own space there, showcasing all the exciting projects that are already starting to come to life! I’m so grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.

Summit Artspace offers the best of local art, artists & education. The galleries are accessible, family/child friendly, & free! The limited hours are understandable given their nonprofit status. What a treat that here are often artists available in their studios. We think it's a great destination for a homeschool field trip. Videos below from mind-bending Kasumi show, Persistence of Vision (August 2024)

An interesting opportunity to view local, original art. Both studio and gallery space are available and some of the resident artists offer classes. Housed in what once was the main library, the space is several floors in a long narrow building that is fully accessible for the differently-abled. The main gallery was housing a juried show called "Fresh" when we last visited. Volunteer docents are available to help with questions, many of whom are...
