Management and ownership issue: Store was understaffed. But the man working there was in touch with us via phone, explained his problems and the delay, and got our stuff delivered finally (probably 40 mins after we expected it). Would prefer having stuff delivered sooner, but having one guy running a store makes that virtually impossible. Now- on to the food: Cheese calzone. Sauce on the outside Pesto Zone add black olives and onions Roni Zon as is mmmMeatboll Parmazone Sauce on the outside, - marinara inside, + mushrooms 1LB Dippers (breaded chicken chunks with wing dips). All were good. They needed reheated a bit, but they took to that easily. Hot sauce seemed to be Frank's, but I always have BW3's hottest sauce and Ken's blue cheese on hand. Everything else was also very, very good. I know it was a bad night for the store but we ABSOLUTELY will order from them again. That management "oops" didn't affect the food enough to justify blowing them off in the future or writing a cr**py review. And - Owners? Managers? Give that man running this store 3/3/24 8pm A RAISE. Have ordered from here 4 times. The one in Kent I have never had any issue with. For some reason this location which is the closest to me can never get an order right. This time they didn’t include the ranch or utensils I asked/ paid for which would have come in handy when the entire bottom drops out (and you get a saucy pile of sad pineapple and olives seasoned with a few pieces of chicken) when trying to pick it up the bread is so thin it’s a soggy tortilla not a calzone. Amount of topping was just sad. I’d ordered the buffer zone and added 2 extra toppings but could hardly find any chicken it was all sauce with a sprinkling of cheese. They included the hook it up seasoning for once which is nice since it’s never been added when I asked before. My husbands was also fine for once. I was so excited to finally stop and try this restaurant, just to be met with extreme disappointment. I walked in to make my order and decided to get the End Zone which has steak onions peppers and cheese; I decided to wait for a little outside while my order was being made less than five minutes I walk back in and my order was already packed and ready to go which was a red flag because I assumed it would be made to order and that would take longer than 3 mins. I get my food, walk a block away to sit and eat.. I picked it and it wasn’t even hot, barely warm then I noticed the cheese wasn’t even melted! I touched the inside and it was COLD!
