On nov 17th 2024 at 2:30pm i went to rallys e waterloo rd. I ordered a BBQ big buford combo with added cheese sauce. My drink was sprite light ice.the meal cost $12.25 i paid and was asked to pull around to the other side to pick up my order. So I pulled around and got in a 4 car line and sat for probably 30 minutes before I got to the windows. I got my order and they tried handing me a milkshake for my drink and I never got one. So I got my dr pepper full of ice handed to me and I figured these guys to just simply be complete dummies. So I took my loss and left. Only these dummies didn't stop there with the problem. As it turned out nothing was correct on my order so I turned around and mentioned my cheese sauce wasn't there so I got another bag handed to me that had cheese sauce and a burger. I noticed i hadn't had fries in that bag. So now I have 2 orders of food in my car. I go to my cheese sauce to dip my fries and low and behold I find a half empty, fry crumb infested cup of cheese sauce. So evidently these 2 fat females that was working had already started eating my food. So again I turned around and went to the windows where I showed them the cup for a new one. I was given a new cup that clearly also had crumbs in it. It was fresh at the top though so it's clear it was also half eaten but topped off with cheese. I discarded the entire cup. So feeling beaten by these dummies I went for my burger. It was cold. On stale bread. I was confused on how my burger was cold and the cheese was never melted. It was pretty disgusting. Just like everything else so far....just a heads up to everyone this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with fastfood. Honestly by a very long shot too....and as i finally go to drink my soda. There's not...
Read moreThere are shenanigans going on at this location. Please, Rally's Corporate, reply with a way to contact the company or franchise owner. I tried to use the drive-through yesterday afternoon. As I pulled up, I was the third car in line. Strangely, the car in front left the menu board, and didn't stop at the window. Same with the next car in front of me. No wonder - I was 'greeted' with the statement "Can't serve you right now, I'm in the middle of a shift change". So I went about my business, and stopped back 45 mins. later. I was told the same thing again! I responded, "you told me that 45 minutes ago! This doesn't make any sense." What in the blue blazes is going on at this location? In no world does a 'shift change' mean you can't serve customers. In the rest of the world, in ANY business, we've all seen a swap-out of cashiers. The drawer of the departing employee is removed, the new cash drawer is inserted, and life goes on. WHY NOT AT THIS RALLY'S??
Response to the response: I absolutely will - but I was hoping that for the public's sake you would respond with a true actionable response such as "we've contacted the franchise owner and they are terribly embarrassed and will see that it doesn't happen again" or if it's Corporate-owned, something like "this is in NO WAY acceptable, and we will be sending a team to the location to run it and show the employees on staff how a Rally's is expected to operate". Mine is not the only review reporting the same circumstances. Either improve the store to the brand's expectations...
Read moreThey do not believe in the customer service here. I went here and got a few combo meals. I wanted my meal to come with a large fry. When I requested this the cashier said that she automatically rang it up as a medium. First, I thought you are supposed to ask these things? Second I asked if she could please make it a large. The young lady replied again that she already rang me up. I asked if she could create a new order for a large and I'll just pay. There was one person in line behind me.... this young lady simply was too lazy to give a customer what they wanted. So finally I said ok well can you at least just fill up a large fry container and I will give you and extra dollar. She replied I can't do that because both my managers are here. So here we have a rallies with two managers on duty with one employee taking orders, only two customers in line at a double drive through and a large fry upgrade was too much trouble and neither one of the managers cared that she was giving poor downright lazy service. You get poor service from people who don't take pride in working but want more money at the same time. They hate doing the job but they obviously need the job. So cut the attitude and do the job right or get...
