Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alabama

The one star is given due to service, not quality of food. Maybe it was just a really bad day for these Dominos workers. But certainly a dramatic 15 minute experience during wait time to opening our boxes at home. While my kids and I waited inside, a distraught woman and son ran in. This woman was very upset, said that a driver almost hit her son he was driving so fast. She asked repeatedly to speak with this driver. No one apologized or seemed to know where this man was. Finally the guy comes out, mutters an apology, and that was that. No manager, no free pizza even. I wonder if she would have gotten at least a coupon if he had hit the kid. The next lady waiting was told that they had forgotten to place her order, would be a while. So I order the special, 2 larges with 3 toppings. The first pizza ordered is for extra cheese and pepperoni. We get home and open the box. It is a regular cheese pizza. I call Dominos to inform of this topping malfunction. I am told that next time they will check very hard to make sure the order is right. Management, where art thou? Not sure I'll be a returning customer again. I am a very busy person, and I hate cooking, so I order from Domino’s quite a lot… AT LEAST once a week, if not twice…. (Yeah, I know what you’re thinking). And, considering the amount of times I’ve ordered from this store, there have been a few mix ups here and there, but never anything major, and it’s always been corrected quickly. However, what I do not understand is how many orders it takes to get a “surprise free”. Yeah, I collect my points and get my free little pizza every 7th time, or whatever, but seriously… how much money do I have to spend to get a freaking lava cake, or some cheesey bread, or maybe just some extra dips that I don’t have to pay for??? Oh, and just a thought to any Dominos’ “higher-up’s” that might be reading this, you really screwed your drivers with that “$3 tip” you decided to offer customers to come pick up there own orders. I mean, if that’s all you’re offering us, then why should we tip any more...

Update from 4 to 5 stars. The online ordering is working perfectly now. When it says you pizza is ready, it is actually ready. You don't even have to go inside the store now for a carry out (excellent deals on carryout), they bring it out to you. The longest I have waited recently is about 60 seconds. Excellent service!

They seem to have fixed the order tracker. It has been accurate lately. Great pizza, great price. Update from 1 to 4 stars.

Good pizza but this store is gaming the system with the order tracker. They tell the system that your pizza is in the oven 1 minute after you order. How is that possible? This is obviously false to make them look good to corporate because when you show up 15 minutes later to get your carryout you end up waiting another 20 minutes while they actually make and cook your pizza. This has happened...
