This was my first foosackly experience. Anytime in the past when I have driven by this particular location and honestly any other foosackly's there's always been a line that not only extends around the building but out into parking lots sometimes 2025 cars deep. I'm like what are these people selling that has so many people interested? Well I got to find out today I happen to pawn this particular location and noted that there was not a long line and so opting out of PS taco I said well we'll get through Saturdays and try. I used my Q reader to scan their menu while I was waiting in the Drive-Thru and reviewed the options. I was pleased to see the simplicity of the menu not a lot of options but all the right ones and it's things like that that makes a good business I believe simplicity and efficiency. So I got the seven finger box that came with the coleslaw and the toast and the fries I tried the Buffalo and the foosackly sauce and I was very impressed particularly with the coleslaw. It had the right amount of peppery-ness to it to where it wasn't overwhelming but you could definitely taste it so I enjoyed that it also had a bit of a little tangy deal it was a very good coleslaw it made me really wish that they also did baked beans. I enjoyed the sauces also and I liked how you could get a variety of sizes of it anywhere from a container to a pint to a quart. But what really impressed me the most was when I got to the window to pick up my order I saw that they had a sign observing Mother's Day, informing the patrons that would read the sign that they would be closed for mother's Day so that their employees could observe the day and spend it with their moms. That really touched my heart because I've worked retail and I've worked fast food and honestly those experiences were always brutal harsh and definitely not geared towards family holidays in regards to giving employees time to actually enjoy a holiday. So you deserve a round of applause for exactly is for being so conscientious compassionate and caring towards...
Read moreMy family eats at foosackleys often and have been customers a long time. My son doesn't eat meat, and eats very little. My daughter doesn't eat the toast. So I always order a box with extra fries, a box with extra toast, and give the extra to my son. Every single time, there is always the same amount of fries on both boxes. No extra. But never once have I complained until today. I took both plates untouched to the counter and pointed out that one was supposed to have extra, but both had the same exact amount. I was not rude at all, but instead of just handling it, the worker had to involve the manager, who decided to act as if I were being petty and said "both plates have extra". Well that's easy to say, with no point of reference, I looked up how many ounces the plates are supposed to come with and found nothing. Instead of making a customer feel bad about expecting what they paid for by making excuses and saying both plates have more than they should, when one is clearly short, why not just fix the order? Also, I understand times have changed and the uniforms are shorts and tee shirts. But while I'm eating with my kids, I'd prefer NOT to look up and see an employee bent over wiping tables with genitals hanging out. Shorts are ok, but please have some courtesy and ensure the shorts are an appropriate length. This is a family friendly...
Read moreUsed to be my favorite place until I got an incorrect order. That's not the issue, mistakes happen. The issue lies in how I was treated, as if I was trying to screw you out of a few chicken fingers, ordered the bigger box and was given 3 chicken fingers. I called in and spoke with someone who refused to let me speak to a manager and gave me the third degree. I never take the receipt from the cashier window, but I did have the yellow slip inside the bag. Send me "something" in the mail? No, I don't think so, just fix it next time I come in. 10 minutes later after a bunch of really hard thinking done by the young lady, it was agreed on that I could get the missing food on my next visit. The more I think about it, the more inclined I am to say.. keep it. I've NEVER been given such a hard time about YOUR mistake. BEYOND...
