Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alabama

Yes I ordered a pizza this morning well mid-morning. And at first they tried to tell me y'all didn't deliver here at my address and I knew they were lying. It's like I told him I know you deliver here because my wife has pizzas delivered all the time. So I give him my wife's phone number instead of my phone number, so they found it.then they still put down wrong address for the door dash lady. So the doordash lady called me and asked me where I was at on main Street. They had my address in front of them. When I call the girl back it was a black girl that answered and was very rude to me and called me a lier and hung up in my face. My wife spent a lot of money there. But if I don't hear back from anyone I'll take my business elsewhere I'm sure they'd like to have a faithful customer that comes every week if not twice a week. When I did get my pizza I had to heat it up cuz it done got cold. I think my money should be refund for being called a liar by your employee.not...

The service has always been terrible here but with the limited food available in the immediate Millbrook area I put up with it. Yesterday ended it for me. If you pay a delivery charge and tip the driver 20% is it crazy to expect somewhat decent service? Apparently yes, it is. The 25-30 minute delivery estimate was in real life one hour and 7 minutes, the cold pizza, hard cold garlic knots and no marinara sauce was totally the drivers fault. It was put so carelessly into the hot bag the neither one of the boxes would shut right. What is not the drivers fault was the food poisoning that hit about 7 hours later. I am getting my second bag of IV fluids at urgent care right now and have only been this sick with a confirmed case of salmonella in 2007. On 9/30/21 roughly 6 pm my mother went to the Millbrook, Alabama location to order dinner for the family, costing us an insanely high amount, close to $72. We only ordered 4 pizzas!!! Since I have an allergy to tomatoes AND Oregano, my mom got me an “Alfredo” pizza! Unbeknownst to us, it comes with all kinds of strange toppings on it…… including the one thing I’m allergic to…. TOMATOES!!! So I called the store and complained about the pizza, and all the shift manager said to me was “well that’s what comes on the Alfredo pizza” as if everyone is supposed to know that!
