Soho Studios — Local services in Daphne

I was really excited to go to Soho when they first opened up. I found a stylist whose work I thought looked great. The appointment was fine. I thought she was really nice. There was a little bit of a mishap with my foils getting too hot, but we got past it no big deal. Fast forward to the end of the appointment and she didn’t ask to book my next appointment. So I asked and to me it seemed like she hesitated to book it. She booked it anyways. A couple of weeks later, I got a text from a friend telling me the stylist told her during her appointment (she was the one who referred me to that same stylist) that my hair was too over processed and told her to “break my heart” for her because she couldn’t get my hair to where I wanted it to be. I wish the stylist had just been up front with me instead of being unprofessional and telling my friend to do it. It’s unfortunate that the appointment cost almost $400 and the stylist couldn’t be upfront with me. I really wanted to love it there because it’s a gorgeous salon and it’s really luxurious, but unfortunately I won’t be going back. Editing to add that I scheduled an appointment at a different salon to do multiple strand tests to see if there was an issue with my hair and the stylist said it was not...

I am a new client at Soho Studios, and saw Jentry for my first appointment for a color correction. Color corrections are tedious and take a lot of time, but Jentry was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. It is evident she truly loves her job, and it shows through her work. She worked on my hair tirelessly for 6 HOURS and did a PHENOMENAL job. She was professional, courteous, and extremely patient (I'm unfortunately tender-headed). I always have the most amazing experience at Soho Studios. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful, clean and calming atmosphere. They really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me pick out the perfect type of extensions for my hair and the results are always flawless. I could definitely tell they only use the best products and techniques. I receive compliments often because of how natural it looks.
