Worst Starbucks location Iâve ever visited. I ordered on the app and sat at the speaker for 3-4 minutes waiting for them to come back so I could tell them âmobile orderâ. Our daughter was in the car in front of us & wanted to pay for the order behind her which shouldâve been my order. The idiot working the drive thru didnât bother to tell her I paid thru my app & charged her for multiple drinks in the car behind us. Common sense wouldâve said âthey paid with the appâ but she couldnât figure that out so she charged her for more drinks. We waited 20 minutes for 2 cranberry bliss bars. I asked her about my daughter paying for us and she said oh no you already paid so I just took her money for the car behind you since you already paid. I asked if she told our daughter and she said no because yours was already paid & theirs wasnât. DUH but you shouldâve told her and then let her decide if she wanted to pay for anything, not just assume she wanted to pay for $20+ thinking she was paying for her parents. She really shouldnât be handling money at the drive thru. There were 4 or 5 works standing around, manager was complaining about the drive thru and acting very unprofessional while multiple cars were sitting. HORRIBLE location!    Read moreWe love our coffee and love the staff at this Starbucks location. My fiancÊ and I have become to know the managers and pretty much all the employees because they see us so much lol. They know us by name and know our children and even our furbaby, Atticus Finch, they just love when we bring him. We always feel so welcome and if anything is the slightest bit off or doesn't taste how we like it, they are so apologetic and fix it right away! This store is very clean and tidy, I feel at home when I go here. Thanks Starbucks!

Today, I lost a ten, looked everywhere for it in my car (this is after I ordered in drive thru, embarrassed bc I'm at the window to pay and I've lost my $10 bill, and dont have my CC card or debit đł. And didn't have it on my app either. So I go inside and tell I can't find it anywhere throw the drink away.... and of course Mandy ( one of the most awesome managers there) comes out, and says "Oh it's Sarah, just give her her driving, don't worry about it"....The whole staff there knows my husband and I bc we come through just about...

The one thing I enjoy most about visiting this Starbucks is the top tier customer service I receive. My order is always correct (a venti white chocolate mocha with 8 pumps of white mocha, stirred with a stopper), and the team consistently delivers with excellence.
Iâm loyal to Starbucks because the service is consistently amazing no matter where I go, whether itâs a different city or stateâbut the Alabaster store #13210 is truly my favorite. Thatâs my store, my âhome.â When I walk in, I feel like family. Many of the employees even know me by name.
I especially want to recognize LEIZA!! She has been at this store for years, and her personality and customer service have never changed. She is always kind, professional, and genuine. She is truly an asset to Starbucks in Alabaster, and she makes my dayâeven on my worst days.
