Worst customer service in the longest time! Very unorganized, not friendly and not helpful at all! I placed an order online, arrived 30 minutes later and they couldn’t find my order! There were several people waiting on orders, an no one seemed to know where everyone’s orders were! Young lady at the front, I felt bad for her as she was doing the best she could running in circles trying to find people’s orders but needs training and tools to help her with her job! I showed her 3x my order #, confirmed store # and location and she told me they didn’t have my order! Waited another 10 minutes at which point it was more than an hour that order had been placed! After 45 minutes another staff member asked if he could help! Within minutes he was able to locate my order sitting on the back counter no labels and cold. I spent more than $40 on pizza and breadsticks to get home to cold nasty food, threw out the items and had cereal! I would not recommend this local branch by any means! While waiting several other customers experienced the same issues and frustrations! This location need’s management, organization and direction. There needs to be resources put in place to help staff especially if it’s that highly trafficked! Although I was very unsatisfied with my service I believe a majority of the issue is lack of training, staff and having the necessary things in place for these people to be able to do their job...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Papa John’s, what happened? I don’t even know where to begin.
First off, the delivery took forever. It’s like they were delivering it from a different state. I could’ve walked to the store faster, and I live in the next town over. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for days. The crust was soggy, the cheese was congealed, and the toppings looked like they were applied by someone who had no idea what pizza even is.
The worst part? The taste. I’ve had cardboard that was more flavorful. I’m convinced the sauce was just ketchup with a little bit of sadness. The pepperoni was greasy enough to make the pizza feel like it was swimming in a pool of regret. Not to mention, it was so oily that I had to take a paper towel to soak it up. Is this what passes for pizza now?
I called customer service to complain, and the representative was less helpful than the pizza itself. They didn’t seem to care, didn’t offer any solutions, and didn’t even apologize. It felt like I was talking to a robot programmed to say "Sorry for the inconvenience" with no actual empathy.
Papa John’s, you’ve lost me. I’d rather eat a salad than ever waste my time and money on your so-called pizza again. You’ve gone from “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” to “Worse Ingredients, Worse Pizza.” What a joke....
Read moreOrdered pizza for the whole store at Wawa meaning that we made 3 order deliveries for 1 day. 2 were delivered on time but the midnight order never showed up. I called Papa John's at 12:30am to find out about our delivery. I was told by the cashier (Jacob) that the order was delivered but canceled because they were at the wrong place (Walgreens) not Wawa. The cashier had a smart mouth but, said he would put the order back in and we should receive it within 20 minutes. The driver delivered again to Walgreens, called me and was very disrespectful telling me that I had the wrong address and hung up on me after I gave him the address again. The customer service is awful and need some serious re-training. The driver finally showed up at around 1:30am with a nasty attitude and was cursing my cashier because she made a comment about how late the pizza was delivered. I asked him his name, he ignored me and never gave it to me but his name was on the receipt (Brett B.) Brett tossed the pizzas on the counter got his money and left but talking and cursing on his way out the door. Our company Wawa does a great deal of business with Papa John's but after this, we will no longer be doing business with this store/location. This was the worst...
