Pizzany’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

It’s 24 hours later and I want to order more Proccolinos. Our order contained Gyro’s, Double patty burger, fries and Greek salad. Where do I start here? The Gyros were amazing - I haven’t indulged in one in a long time. The bread was fluffy and stuffed full of delicious warm meat. The vegetables in it were crisp and slightly cool as though it was made seconds before devouring it. Tasty Tzatziki sauce was plentiful but not overpowering or soggy. I knew it was enough for 2 meals, but..I just couldn’t stop. It was “light” but filling and PERFECTLY DELICIOUS. I snuck a bite of the cheese soaked double patty burger and I would order that again in an instant if just for 1 bite. Fries were crispy on the outside and lusciously melty inside. Big plus - very affordable for menu! My last review was 10 months ago….they are still nailing it, although I think they are now “Pizzany’s. Pizza, knots and wings for the kids (there was a special). The kids didn’t give me time to even take a pic. I did manage to nab a BBQ wing - hugely meaty and moist. I’m looking forward to my Gyro and I could smell the flavors of my friend’s Cheesesteak. The pizza was very cheesy and well coated in Pepperoni. Very affordable “I’m not cooking” night for me. It took a little longer than expected but they told us that at the start as it was a busy night for them. Everything was hot and again, all food was extremely well presented. The driver was polite, friendly and kindly approachable. I’m guessing we’ll be having this again over the holidays!...

Ordered a calzone online. After waiting one hour and thirty minutes I called to find out where our food was. First they say they never received any from me online. I told them it already charged me. He instantly says I'll give you a refund. How can someone give you a refund if they never got anything? How much should the refund be for?? All great questions. Magically after I gave the transaction ID number and push for an answer they find the order. Now that I had proved I ordered, all I got was ill refund you. When asked when will I get my money back, I was told to watch for it and to call back. No offer to make order, no apology that we waited from 8pm to 9:30pm, and it was really hard to communicate any of this over the phone. This is why I prefer online ordering platforms. There is nothing better than throwing $40 out the window and making dinner at 10pm. Leaves a great taste in the mouth,, just like the proccolino's famous zeppoles,,, oh wait,, never got my order,, never got...
