On 10-6-22 around about 4:30 pm I had ordered 2 salads through Drive thru and then asked for my receipt. Christian had stated the receipt is down. I had advised for him to print one inside he said, they are all down. I responded you are kidding me there is no way they will have you open without given us a receipt. You do know by law if we ask for a receipt it most be given? I requested a refund. Christian put it back on my credit card. I sat outside Wendys for over 10 minutes no refund. I went into Wendys a appeared homeless person finished ordering and then ask for a receipt. The employee gave it to him. I spoken with Christian denied telling me there wasn’t any receipt. I then reminded him of the advice I given earlier. Christian look like a deer when headlights hits their face. Lying. I had bought a drink so I can have a receipt with proper information. I gave the drink away. I called the Customer Service line and spoke with a Rep who given the case. I had waited for a callback and no one did. I call the rep Monday or Tuesday who I given the case number and she pulled it up. The Rep stated, I will send it to management and you will receive a callback, but no one called. I had called Customer Service Rep on Friday she said it was under new cases and nothing was sent to the Management team. The CS Rep down play the wait time stating you called last week but it was over a week. This whole time I was thinking I was going to receive a call but didn’t. I did receive my money back on my credit card about 4 days later. I think it was on Tuesday when I call the second time. Nevertheless, 3 weeks later no callback. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW NOT TO GIVE A RECEIPT TO A PAYEE UPON PURCHASE.

Don’t leave without a receipt. If the Management Team had taken the time to acknowledge it won’t happen again then I wouldn’t need to write this long review.

Read moreI was on my way to work in my uber, the driver was a sweet elderly lady, my first stop was to pick up some lunch fron wendys at this location, unfortunately at the box our first encounter was GIRL at the speaker demanding we wait, 6 times she said it, over and over rudely "one moment", no please, no consideration, WHO IN THEIR MIND SPEAKS TO PEOPLE THIS WAY?? instead, when my uver driver asked how long a minute was going to take , she responded with the nastiest attitude, "ITS A BIG ORDER". I replied back, "stop being rude". I guess because she didnt like my answer back she denied us service at the box. Instead i went inside, i was infuriated, when i made notice of everything, the person at the register pretended to sympathize, my words were not polite, WHY? Because i was being mortified by the manager afterwards, sarcastically telling me to have a great day, instead, everyone lied about the situation, pretended like it didnt happen, refused me service, and then everyone slapped their kneez and laughed at me, encouraging this behaviour! Looking around , the only one who wasnt doinf anything WAS THE LITTLE GIRL WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TAKING ORDERS! But i guess they cant handle that for such a trash location, making others feel selected and discriminated against. Funny how giving attitude back from a CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY goes for people you dont know and decide to start unecessary issues with, no please, mo understanding, no initiation to even want to do something about it. Instead, they ALWAYS ignore the phones, guess they dont want to have to hear from cooperate, but reminder , dont test peoples patience that you dont know, I COULD HAVE BEEN A SECRET SHOPPER ! Does anyone actually care that every comment in these reviews have been negetive? So instead we ended up going to the one on university blvd, which had a DELIGHTFUL attitude and definately better tasting quality. Read moreEvery time I go to this Wendy's their is an issue. I placed a mobile pick up order for 2 people on 11/27/22 at 7:49 p.m. I got to the window and the lady at the register said I had to circle the drive thru again. I didn't understand why but I didn't say anything I just did as she asked. I then got to the speaker and let her know I was there for 2 pickup orders and she disregarded the other and told me to pull forward. In my order I had a choc milk but she handed me a Juice and tried to have me take it without asking me anything stating "Here take this juice, were out of choc milk" were her exact words. I asked if she could swap it for a frosty because it gives you the option on the app with no upcharge. She said "No you can have the juice" At this point I realized she just wanted to give me a hard time because she was probably having a bad day. I was upset with her really bad attitude and left my 2 mobile orders totaling $16 because this lady was that much of a hassle. Over swapping something they were out of for a frosty. This lady is very demanding in getting her way or no way and should absolutely never be put in a drive thru or any customer service position ever. I say that politely and meaningfully. I will never come back to this Wendy's and that sad because my mother was a manager there for 6 years and I miss going there. I never leave a review but I felt this was necessary in hopes that someone at this location will read this review and adjust the lady's position so future customers don't have the same issue. I don't wish this lady loses her job because I understand people have bills to pay but I would recommend anything other than the register or counter.
