McDonald's — Restaurant in Alameda

Soooooo where do I start! I think because this location is use to the. Children and teens the serve at the south shore location that they forget how to serve the adults! I ordered a cone and Oreos on the side cuz I like to dip my cone not it all blended in like the Mac flurry is. I ask just just that and was willing to pay whatever I needed to with in reason to get what I was craving and the lady started screaming no no I can’t have it like that I have to get either a mc flurry or a cone but not how I wanted it! I asked to speak to the manager who make my order and apologized for the inconvenience of the other lady and they charged me appropriately and I got my afternoon craving buy if I tell u the lady taking the order was rude I’m mean she was rude even the manager was embarrassed by her actions because she came to the window to help me but could hear our conversation! But at least I got my fix lol! Thanks to the manager who helped me I really appreciate it! The manager...

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Idc about customer service lol who actually trips off that. That being said this has to be the worst McDonald’s in the bay. The fries are literally cold and soggy every time, the proportions are smaller, it’s more expensive than other locations and they get the order wrong 9 times out of 10. Yes it’s a nice area and I understand being underpaid makes you care less about the quality of food you bring out. That being said people work hard too and they choose to spend their hard earned money at this mcds location. People shouldn’t have to get low tier food just because it’s a “McDonalds” the money isn’t low tier so the food shouldn’t be either. In conclusion if you want good hot food and your order to be correct just drive the extra miles to a different location, get better deals and proportions and better frappes :) just skip this location all in all if you want to...

"I remember back in the old days where people would just go there and eat, have fun, talk; however, lately, it's been very sad and depressing. I hope they lighten up the place ;( Today, I ordered the ice cream as usual, but suddenly IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. I am very disappointed and I hope McDonald would remove the 'cancer warning' sign because what's the point...But To Be Honest Best Burger I Ever Have! so 5 stars.

my response: i actually agree with this i mean i know it might give poeple cancer but your artisan chicken sandwich is good. and the mcflurry. also the sweet tea. i remember me and my friend, who i broken up with a long time ago, we would go there everyday after school and eat. but we both got scared of the sign about the cancer thing (as explained above), and yeah after that we drifted...
