They had two self service checkout kiosks, and after we ordered our items from one of them, our food came out within 10 minutes!

Drinks: Lychee slushy: refreshing and tasty, and I liked that there were no large pieces of ice.

salted cheese oolong tea (50% sugar, less ice): Was delightful! The contrast of the sweetness of the cream and the strong oolong tea flavor made the drink pleasant to drink, and did not feel heavy.

Food: Popcorn chicken: was perfectly fried, and there were garlic pieces at the bottom that were perfect to pair with each bite. I would have added a little more salt, but that’s because I’m Filipino, lol. They also had self serve chili powder and spicy sweet chili sauce at the counter which was a nice option to add to our chicken

Great place overall: nice music, good drinks, aesthetic atmosphere! I like to go here with my friends, crushes, or just by myself. Good place to go for any occassion- whether to stop by or stay and eat for awhile. I got 2 free glass bottles after completing some activities they set up awhile back- and they look so pretty with different drinks. It's been 2 years since I've started going to this place and although the name has changed a few times, I enjoy continuing to visit from time to time. One downside is that around noon, lots of loud kids from Encinal High School tend to swarm the shop in groups of 5 to 10. This is a cute area my wife and I often pass on our way to the beach. Normally we go to HappyLemon but we wanted to try something new and so we chose TopUp. The cashier left a bad taste in our mouth with her rude attitude to the couple before us as well as being rude to us. She seemed to be drooling and kept her right hand to her mouth as she took our order. She had a very condescending tone and a demeaning attitude when telling us they could not substitute. My wife saw the cashiers eyes scanning her up and down making the environment feel very hostile. I ordered 75% sweetness but my drink didn’t even taste like it was 50%. The drinks are also overpriced. $13 for two mediocre drinks and bad service. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere...
