I always have outstanding dining experiences at Town Tavern! It is very clear that this restaurant is dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for all. The food is great—each dish is bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The menu offers a variety, so there’s something for everyone.

This is my husband’s and my go-to spot for cocktails and upscale bar food. I say "upscale" because the food is top notch, especially the sliders, not because it's expensive. Prices are in line with other places in Alameda. We always get one wagyu and one ahi tuna slider and split them. We've also gotten the donuts a few times.

The drinks are excellent. I've never been disappointed, and I'm often pleasantly surprised by how much a drink exceeds my expectations. I think we're slowly working our way through most of the cocktail menu. We've discovered some new favorites like the Corpse Reviver #2 and a milk punch they happened to have once. It always feels like there's something new to try.
