Its a small mom and pop location decently priced. I got the dinner special,Okay so the sesame chicken tastes like old oil,the flavor was not so bad but you can taste like the old oil so harder pieces. the noodles were definitely overcooked as well as the veggies in it you could tell how they looked and the texture and they also were on the Bland side Broccoli and beef was a little bit better some pretty okay flavoring the meat was tender but the broccoli was a little bit overcooked *they did accommodate me and change the order from Mongolian beef to the broccoli beef )so I definitely appreciate that they're chicken and corn soup was the best thing flavorful and nice pieces of chicken and nice piece of corn and egg their Fried Chicken potstickers were a little bit too fried/burnt for me overall the place wasn't super bad I'd probably give them another try just to see if maybe it was an off day. (Ps it is forth of july) Get the chicken and corn soup it's a big portion size for a decent price.

this is our go-to chinese restaurant on the island. heck, this is one of my top 3 chinese restaurants in the bay area! the food is delicious and on point with every single order. order lunch, pick up a few things at luckys, and its ready. the very best thing about xing yuan is the lightening fast dinner delivery, piping hot and absolutely delectable! try it, you will not be disappointed. :)

This is my favorite and best go to spot for authentic CHINESE rice plates in the east bay. Definitely a hidden gem. -CLEAN restaurant and friendly staff -fast service and generous portions -The food is fresh tasting, fresh ingredients, and good rice. (I mentioned the rice because not all places make it the right way!!) -Flavors and seasonings are always consistently good.

This is a reliable joint for simple, more traditional Chinese 'fast restaurant food.' Chinatown was too busy, so I found myself headed here. It gets somewhat busy at noon, but they run a tight ship and I was seated soon. The lunch special was simple and tasty, with hot & sour soup which came with, a choice of rice (fried or plain), and your standard jasmine tea. Unfortunately, their baby corn tasted straight out of a can, and I found some gelatinous goo in my hot & sour soup... well, Chinatown might be more legit, but this store wasn't too bad, overall. If you want something that's not on the menu (e.g. duck, or a chicken dish with beef instead), just ask- they're very informal and will actually likely provide whatever it is. Bottom line, at least the portions and prices were very...

Where do I start? We came in, they were very rude and not very welcoming. We noticed they were fixing the front door, but no noise was being made. We ordered and the food was okay, and then the guy fixing the door started making so much noise with the drill. It was highly uncomfortable to continue eating with so much noise, nobody seemed to care that we dining in. My toddler got scared with so much noise and they kept going and didn’t really care. I got up and got some to go containers because my family and I couldn’t eat there no more, the lady that charged me was very rude and non-chalant. Do not support this business, horrible...
