I visited this store in early May. I started with an associate, needed extra items, so I waited for the associate to return with them. When she returned, they advised me to use the self-checkout. When it failed, they advised me to go back to an associate to checkout. Weeks later, I noticed they charged me twice. I called and they hung up on me. I drove over and they sent me away with an 800-number. I called and didn't hear form them. I emailed and they had Helen, "the manager" called me. The solution: drive all the way from the city to Alameda or even waste my time driving to Colma to retrieve my funds.
Nope, their Pony Express system isn't capable of returning my money, and no one is capable of mailing a check.
Yep, I disputed with my bank and Michael's Alameda disputed the charge-back! I don't recommend this store of incompetent twits and that includes Helen, who thinks I give a phuuuuuque about her commute from Stockton. They pay you to be there. Use cash or shop HL, Target, Walmart, local...

Tno Money….. stay crafty…… pictures are of my glitter kit….. what i use my glitter for is a trade secret because i figured out how to make money from my...
