We ordered and the person working the drive through seemed friendly enough, how ever after we paid, we were told to park in a slot to wait for our food. First they brought out a sad excuse for a strawberry shake, which after we sent back they admitted to being out of strawberries. Having paid for a sake already and not wanting to wait to be comped for the shake not being available, we settled for chocolate. Waited for a while after that for our food before someone tried to deliver the wrong food, and after handing it to me and it entering my car. He came back and gave it to another customer having handed us the wrong order (that action is highly against food safety protocol). He left and said he'd be back with our food. We waited. He later came back and asked if we were waiting for something. We replied that we were still waiting for our food. He asked us what we ordered and then for our receipt to verify what we ordered what we said we had. He left and came back with our sandwiches but without our fries. We had already been waiting forever, and he rushed off as I was trying to get his attention. I went back through the drive through to attempt to get my fries that I had paid for, and every singe person was extremely rude. And it was obvious that no one in the entire store communicated because when they finally agreed to give me my fries, I pulled up to the second window and the kid had no idea what I was talking about, and I had to go through the whole thing again until the kid decided to walk across the store and just ask the lady at the other window. Our fries were also pitifully portioned, because they had obviously tossed their fries for the night 5 min before closing and didn't want to make any more, and they didn't fry enough for two medium fries, so they just filled both half way, although the...
Read moreI try not to indulge in fast food burgers if I can avoid it but since our family doesn't eat McDonald's often, I was really excited about an opportunity to go get a double quarter pounder and fries with my brothers at midnight this past weekend. My brothers ordered a double cheese burger, chicken nuggets, and a spicy chicken sandwich. We got cokes and a sprite. Everything seemed fine until we got home to see what it was that we actually got. My double quarter pounder and my brothers cheese burgers had slices of cheese that were hard and dried. The meat was cold and a bit hard as well. The spicy chicken sandwich was OK but the mayonnaise was making the lettuce slip out of the sandwich b/c there was too much. The nuggets were good. The sprite was fine but the cokes were stale and the French fries were just.... hard and flavorless. This was a horrible and disgusting meal. I didn't think that we had to clarify that our food should be made-to-order but apparently, if you don't specify "made-to-order" then you may get whatever has been sitting there for who knows how long. By morning, my stomach was congested from the meal and I was spending toilet time trying to relieve myself of that meal. I'm really disgusted just thinking about it. Huge mistake. Read moreI cannot believe the ridicule I have just faced at this establishment. I am not a regular customer and the one time I come here for a quick late night snack. I was harassed by an ignorant employee. I asked her a simple question as to why my order of a breakfast platter was literally separate items. I never ever suggested that this was her fault. I asked her only why the cashier charged my order this way and she was quick to respond with “Umm i don’t know that’s not me” and continued to raise her voice “ Why are you screaming at me don’t talk to me like it’s my fault .“ I responded with “excuse me I am not screaming at you I am simply asking you a question” and she finished with “see this is i will not be a cashier” proceeding that last phrase in a ghetto spanish slang. I am beyond upset with the management running this establishment there needs to be some rules set as to when interacting with customers.
