Title: "A Hidden Gem in Alamosa!"
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Milagros Coffee House, and I can't say enough good things about this cozy spot. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the warm, inviting atmosphere.
Here's why Milagros stands out:
Delicious Food and Coffee: The food here is simply amazing. Whether you're craving breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack, Milagros has you covered. I highly recommend their breakfast burritos and Sunrise panini – both were flavorful and satisfying. And let's talk about the coffee! Unique latte choices like the Van Halen (Vanilla-Hazelnut) and the Mexicano (cinnamon, chocolate, and a dash of cayenne) are a must-try.
Affordability: Milagros manages to offer fantastic food and drinks without breaking the bank. With prices ranging from $2.00 to $10.00, it's a budget-friendly gem.
Social Impact: Milagros Coffee House isn't just about great coffee; it's also about making a difference. As one of the social enterprises of La Puente Enterprises, their profits go toward programs that help combat homelessness and hunger in the San Luis Valley. Supporting them feels like a win-win.
Artistic Ambiance: The beautiful artwork adorning the walls adds to the charm. It's a feast for the eyes while you enjoy your meal or sip your coffee.
And let's not forget the staff – they are incredibly loving and attentive. Their warmth makes Milagros feel like a home away from home.
In summary, Milagros Coffee House is more than a coffee shop – it's a community hub with heart. Whether you're a local or passing through Alamosa, make sure to stop by. You won't be...

Milagros Coffee Shop in Alamosa Colorado was a true highlight on our road trip from California to Denver, standing out in a sea of Starbucks stops. The café exudes charm and individuality, offering a welcome respite with its cozy ambiance and thoughtful menu.
Our server, Shiva (or perhaps Chevonne?), was as divine as her name implies. She made sure my chai latte was perfect and went the extra mile to craft my husband’s butter coffee just right. Her attentiveness added a personal touch that elevated our experience & we had a really interesting chat to her about traveling and her suggestions for the rest of our drive.
To top it off, 100% of the café’s net profits support local non-profits, making each cup of coffee feel even more meaningful.
If you’re looking for great coffee, friendly service, and a place with heart, Milagros is a must-visit....
Read moreOver priced and extremely rude service. The person who help us was extremely rude to us. My 7 year old son asked his order very politely and was rudely told to "wait I'm and not ready" again he waited and then went to tell his order and responded " I have to label cups and I am not ready" final he said his order and responded to with, "we don't have that" I helped with his order, a waffle bacon sandwich. He again politely asked if they could make his bacon crispy the rude barista said "it is whatever we have from this morning." I've never had my son almost brought to tears because of the negative ton. Bathrooms also had poopy toilet paper in the corner. The icing on the cake is after waiting and extremely poor service the rude barista has the nerve to request a higher tip.
Absolutely a NO GO keep driving past this...
