Rush — Restaurant in Alaska

I have went here a couple months ago, but I was a bit disappointed. I asked for cold foam on top of my Latte (no, NOT ICED) and she declined me automatically. I am an ex-barista and I know for a fact you cannot put cold foam ontop of an hot drink because it obviously, MELTS INTO THE DRINK, I am well aware of that. As a past barista, even if the customer's requests are not 'coffee-appropriate' like COLD FOAM ONTOP OF MY HOT LATTE, you should still be able to do it as long as you educate the customer what will happen if they do a certain add-on. Unfortunately I won't probably be back it's been OK in the past but we're going to be ready we're yes there's really don't listen to what you're asking for.. Ask for extra cream in the coffee to cool it down instead of got water down super super hot coffee with a little cream in it and it's happened a couple different times.. That and I really don't understand why they won't just hand you back your change instead of asking do you want your change back... This place used to be my go to coffee place but lately their baristas seems to need more training on making coffee. Service is good but I prefer good coffee. Also, went there a couple of times around 1 pm, sign was open and there was no note on the window saying they're out, waited a couple more minutes before calling out to them but there was nobody there. Called their number on their fb page coz this seems to be happening a couple of times and the guy who picked up says it's not Rush...
