If I could give this location zero stars today I would. I like to order my espresso from starbucks and then add my protein drink into it to complete my beverage. Today I ordered two venti iced espressos with praline and a side of cold foam. Everything on the screen was correct but when I pulled to the window, the girl gave me two tall iced espressos. She corrected the drink when I asked and then gave me my additional cold foam … or so I thought. When I pulled into the parking lot to assemble my drink, not only was the extra cup she gave me filled with 2% milk, but my iced espresso did not have the pumps of praline that I paid for as well. When we tried to go back through the drive thru, there was a sign that said it was closed. The front doors were locked too. We had just barely left the drive thru and suddenly they were closed. Mind you we visited this location at 1pm. When my husband walked up to the window to ask them to correct our drinks, the pink hair lady said “we put everything away already” and then shut the window on my husbands face. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had. Not just at starbucks, but ever. You can clearly tell by the lack of care that they were ready to shut down before we even arrived and so they rushed making our drinks only to make them incorrectly and then not even correct it. Read moreI rarely share post but since I have worked in the industry for so long including at a Starbucks I was surprised when I got to the shop and my drinks were not ready after I placed the order at 2:42 it said it would be ready by 2:48. I arrived at 2:50 and waited. There was 1 person in front of me and 2 cars in the drive through. I waited 5 minutes before asking a barista about my order because I understand order of operations. They asked my name and punched the finished button but the beverages were not done and I was late to work. I even asked if they were ready because I had to be at work in 3 minutes by this point and they had picked up the order ticket from the counter and cups and started to make my order. The matcha was all balled up in powder globs I asked if yall could shake it up and he literally started swirling the cup around between my car and the drive through. Didn’t even let my husband say he wanted to use our rewards and somehow this matcha is two shades darker despite being shaken up.
