I am so glad my colleague dragged me out of the office today for lunch! I was delighted with my meal at Cluckin Dog. I rarely eat outside of my comfort zone but something about those designer hotdogs grabbed my attention. Sai, the owner and all-around amazing person, suggested the Bully Dog. In a nutshell, you get an all-beef dog on a stick, blanketed with some kind of delicious breading blanketed with diced potatoes, sprinkled with cheesy powder and garnished with ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I'm gonna be honest here. The service was great, the size of the food is great, but I'm truly disappointed. For spending almost $30 on 2 of their Korean Corndogs and a kids meal, those corndogs are not worth the price. I got their half beef half mozzarella, with potatoes, hot Cheeto dust and some sauce drizzled on top. I did not like it one bit. My husband didn't like his either. I've gotten wings from there three times over the last year and it never disappoints. It's a bit pricy, but they are some of the best wings you'll get in the area. The woman that was working one of the last times I visited messed up my order of two different flavors and said she'd fix it if I didn't like it. I said it's no issue. I was working on my second flavor of wings she walked up to me (well away from the truck) and give me another order of wings. So I had some for leftovers the next day.
