KFC — Restaurant in Albany

Well tonight wasn't a great night at this KFC I know that we just had a storm and all but it's just somethings you keep to yourself as an employee. Me and my wife pulls into the drive thru to place our order and was meet by an white employee with a $20 fill you up trying to sell us while we was in line to place an order. We didn't buy it so we went on through the line and placed our order now we ordered a 12 piece of chicken only how about when we get to the window they waited for about ten minutes then this girl came to the window and was standing there looking back behind her talking to someone now the window is wide open you can hear every word being said someone told her to tell us that they was out of chicken that they only had one five dollar fill you up meal. So I asked her are y'all going to cook any more and she said no remind you that there at least four cars behind us and they are still taking orders. Then someone yells to another employee hey you better take some of that chicken home with you because time is hard so I pulled out of the the parking lot and pulled into the parking lot next door and guess what they served every one of those car chicken. Don't know why they did us like that but I want spend another hard earn coin of my money with KFC until I see some change at that store and I will be spreading this experience around town and I know my family and friends want as well. We just had a storm and we don't have lights so I was trying to feed my three kids and granddaughter it's really sad that employees don't take customers serious anymore they only go to work for a pay...

Went in on 9/30/18 to purchase a tender meal 12 pack. Plenty of people working but not a single one greeted me. There were 2 workers at the counter, one was waiting on an elderly lady the other just standing there. No offer to take my order. In fact she turned around and faced toward the back of the restaurant. When the other worker had completed the lady's order, she looked at me and mumbled something. I proceeded to give her my order. Tenders meal 12 pack to go with 2 extra biscuits. She entered the info, I paid and then waited. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy. But I still had to wait about 15 minutes for my order. No explanation, no sorry for the delay. When the order was ready, the worker held it up in the air for me to see. I was standing about 3 feet from the counter. She never said a word. I went over and got the order and said thank you. No response. Should have checked the order because when I got home, I had 7 tenders. Not 12 that I paid for. Since i live 15 miles from this location i did not choose to drive back. This place does NOT give good customer service. It appeared to be fairly clean but I was only up by the counter area. Also there was a manager of sorts there. She was closing out registers and taking the money drawers back to an office. She was aware of everything because she was back and forth several times. KFC you need to do some training here or make a surprise visit....

I placed an order on app pull up to speaker to let them know. They asked me to pull up to window. I pull up young lady asked did I have 2 piece and I proceeded to say no but tell her what my order was she closes the window as the manager is asking her what my order was. Young chick looking crazy but manager was polite and even apologized for giving my food to someone else. She told me it would be a 15 minute wait in which I was okay with that. She even brought my food and again apologized for the mistake. Give the manager a raise and fire the young girl because if you are to work in fast food you need to know how to handle customers when they are angry or not. I never once raised my voice smiled the whole time. I can get mean but I...
