China Garden USA — Restaurant in Albany

STAY AWAY! This place is filthy which we noticed after we ordered and were waiting for our food. Had no takeout menus. When we asked for a menu we were told to use Google. Spent $42.65 here and ended up throwing all the food in the garbage. The ribs weren't even close to the picture, covered in fat and burnt to a crisp. No flavor. The egg roll was burnt on the outside and when cut open, it was half hollow. The sweet and sour chicken was burnt. The sweet and sour sauce in the little container was watered down. The house lo mein was flavorless and had what looked like leftover food in it. The fried rice was nasty. The chicken wings looked like they came from baby chickens and were burnt beyond being edible. The gentleman that took our order had come out from behind a curtain and looked like he was sleeping back there. This is not the 1st time we've eaten there. It used to be clean and the food was good. This was horrific and we were terrified of getting sick. Therefore the whole order went in the garbage. Don't get screwed...

This is the second time my chicken was so overcooked and dry that I couldn't eat it. It was like rocks covered in sauce. I was asked if I would like them to make it again. I wanted to give them one more chance so I argreed. When I received my second order I decided to check it before leaving and noticed the same pieces of chicken that I sent back including the piece I took a bite of.This place is so awful that they took the order that I sent back and recooked it. Please do not make the mistake I did and stay far away...

My first time visiting this place yesterday, honestly it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! Rice dry as the Sahara Desert, Seaseme Chicken tasted as if it was old, but recooked with plenty of Orange stuff on it, and on top of that, the 2 White women Cashiers acted as if, they didn't want there. When I realized that, I couldn't leave because, I had already paid. As long as I live, I will NEVER give this establishment...
