This review is to serve two purposes:

The first is to speak to the great staff and customer service you receive when going to Shiver Outdoors for any of your hunting needs.

The second is to bring attention to the keyboard warriors who have attempted to damage this companies reputation by weaponizing google reviews. It’s a super sad state of affairs when people that are not from the area and have and never will patronize this business slander it for no other reason than their personal enjoyment. Ridiculous doesn’t even begin to describe these people’s actions.

Many have died to give these cowards the right to say what they want but it doesn’t make it any less despicable. Let’s hope that these folks put as much effort in to doing good things for others as they have attempting to do...

This place and people that run it, have grown on me A LOT. From the first experience to the latest the staff has become more insightful and helpful to me. They have also expanded their range in products, and the way they are displayed. I recently had my bow restrung by them, when I picked it up is where the personalized customer service came full swing! They helped me understand more about my bow and sight it in. I wanted to purchase a bow sling, without asking they attached it for me the CORRECT way and made sure I was ready to go. This is one fantastic company full of great people and a passion for the outdoors. I had just gotten into bow hunting and Robby made me comfortable and taught me what I needed to know to be successful. He convinced me to compete in the local bow league to where they had nearly 50 people a night! Robby coached me from not knowing anything to my first bow kill and my first league win!
