Read morePLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FOOD HERE, THE OWNERS WILL LIE AND CALL THE COPS. Posting as a witness to something that didnt sit right. There was a group of people of color eating across from my group. Apparently one lady was vegan and they put meat in her meal, one of the gentleman with her also complained that his food was wrong. They complained but wasn't rude about it. Im guessing one of the owners came to the table and questioned the waitress in front of the lady. If the lady said she couldn't have meat. Watching the interaction was very awkward. THE WORST part was when they tried to pay and leave. The owner threw the lady's food that they "REMADE" at her and told them to pay and leave. The owner kept asking our table to validate how rude she was being to the other group saying "we made it right, stop complaining, i dont know why they're complaining your food was good right?" And while she was asking our group about the food the male owner was on the phone with the police saying "the people there were thugs because they had gold chains on and a gold watch, that they were refusing to pay for the food, and were tearing up the restaurant." ALL THAT WAS A LIE. They were alot calmer then i would've been if someone threw food at me and was lying to the police. They went back and forth with the man trying to pay and he wouldn't let them, while he was still on the phone with the police. Finally the lady was able to pay for their food and leave. We seen the police pull up, talk to the group, and he let them go. This whole interaction was wrong and if this is what you do to people who complain their meal wasn't prepared right, i will not be revisiting...
Read moreNever will return. Usually I read reviews beforehand, and I know I’m justified in my complaints after reading the many reviews about their horrible, even illegal, tactic of mandatory gratuity charge and payment. We ordered 2 of their most expensive and complete meals, to then be charged additional for fried rice instead of white rice. Both the charges (rice and gratuity) were not explained by server, and when we questioned them, this Mr Kim (manager I presume) became irate, angry, and extremely unprofessional. For that reason, I advised I would pay for the meals only, and would call the police if he continued to carry on. There is material from organizations whom oversee restaurants that dictate disallowance of these deceitful or illegal practices. Obviously I won’t return, and recommend potential patrons away from this awful business. Moreover, I recommend employees of this restaurant look elsewhere for employment, as they are being jeopardized by these practices. I feel sorry for this angry man, and the future of this restaurant. By the way, a gratuity is at the option of a customer, particularly how much. And no where in the world other than the American woke society declares 18-20% a normal tip. Appalled at the behavior of this establishment, and even more so by the potential acceptance of this...
