We just moved here a year ago, this was the first time I’ve set foot in the ulta here and I had a Horrible experience with the salon. I made an online salon appointment for eyebrows at 5:40pm today. We rushed our dinner to get to the salon on time, when I arrived the lady at the salon was busy with another customer doing her hair when she looked at me and said “did you have a question about the salon?” I simply said “hi, I made an appointment online for eyebrows” and that’s when she scoffed and said “no you don’t, this is the only appointment I’m doing” referring to the lady that was already in her chair. She yelled for another lady and said “go get so and so because I’m not dealing with this” I’m assuming it was the manager that popped up at this point and asked for my name to look into the appointment and told me “the only thing I can do is cancel or reschedule the appointment” why have an online appointment scheduling program when yall can’t serve your customers at the scheduled time? I had them cancel as they were so rude from the beginning of the encounter to the end. I really wanted to go shop inside the store but after the conversation I had with both people at the salon I was very disappointed. Read moreJust moved back home, to find out Sephora was no longer here. Decided to use Ulta, and needed my lip and eyebrows waxed. The sign at the waxing station stated it would be $32. After receiving my wax ( which was done nicely) I went to pay. The price showed $35, and when I told her the price that is advertised at the station. She went and got her manager who proceeded to tell me they updated their prices two weeks prior. She stated that I had to pay the $35, and she could not adjust the price. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or mis advertised service. And the services had already been performed, so I just went ahead and paid the $35. As a result, the tech misses out on a tip. And I will never be back. All because of $3. It’s not so much about the price, but the principle. The manager was very unprofessional, and I would rather go somewhere else that is not going to advertise the price and one thing and charge another just because they failed to update prices in the store. The front staff and the lady who did my waxing were very pleasant, if only the manager had this quality...
Read moreI had the WORST customer service here!!! I went here yesterday on 10/16/2016 and NO ONE offered to help me! No one even welcomed me to the store! I went in with the idea in my head of what I wanted to buy, but I still had questions. I was also going to be spending over $100, because I was buying a new hair straightener, but everyone was so rude. I even stood in front of the hair tools for a very long time, looking like I had questions, but no one came over to ask if I needed any help. Several ladies walked past me and even looked in my direction. I even asked two ladies that were stocking products, if I could use a coupon on the hair straighteners, yet they still didn't come help me! If I could of purchased this product in another store in town I would of immediately and not given Ulta my money. Unfortunately this was the only place in town with this particular product. Though I will never be recommending them to a friend and I will never be purchasing another product...
