Singh, who bakes the pizza and takes the order, has baked many. This shows up in his consistent pie, seasoned uniquely in a way that my young adult children appreciate. It has a faintly Indian style (he bakes select pies with an Indian theme). I typically go for XL cheese, mushroom, or pepperoni Friday or Saturday. It is quick.

The way he added a light Indian touch to the pie was excellent. It is baked right in a proper commercial pizza oven and has the right aroma. He is not tight with toppings and slices the pie into 16 pieces instead of 8 which helps for large groups and dieters. As an MBA I can tell you in this inflationary economy his prices are better then good. He is chatty, friendly, worldly. The Indian selections look good also. His virtuous approach permeates his business also: our family appreciates Singh and his wife for baking excellent pizza!

My girlfriend and I both needed pizza in a bad way and we were sad to see that the local La Val's had just closed!!! But no worries, because the owners of this small location are great people who obviously want your business but take pleasure in making your day. We got a fresh pizza in ten minutes and both owners were genuine and glad to have some customers to talk with.
