Food was below average.Giving a 2 star, because I didn't get sick and left feeling full for the most part.
I ordered a chicken Chimichanga. I received a thrown together deep fried burrito. The chicken wasn't cooked very well within the burrito either. It was very greasy and the chicken was loose within the burrito. That is NOT how a Chimichanga is supposed to look nor taste.
The server was really nice however. He engaged friendly conversation with me. However, when I requested some modifications to my meal, he began to become slightly annoyed. I requested white monetary cheese to be melted onto the burrito and I received shredded Monterey cheese on my lettuce. When I repeated my request, he took the plate back and then returned with the cheese melted onto my burrito and on my rice. I expressed some joy with achieving the request, but I did correct the fact that I didn't ask for it on my rice. The server then replies, "well, you have no choice now." I simply replied back with a smile, "Yes, I do. Believe me, I do."
Also, I requested pico de gallo and he gave me chopped tomatoes. At that point, I had just concluded this was not good quality Mexican restaurant.

There were so many delicious sounding options on the menu it was hard to choose what to order. We ordered the asado burrito with carne asada, and chicken fajitas. The burrito was absolutely amazing, the carne asada inside was perfectly cooked so it was nice and juicy and flavorful. I asked if they could put a spicy sauce over the top instead of mild and they put a nice habanero sauce on it which was very spicy but delicious. The fajitas were great, and the chicken was very tasty. All this paired nicely with a huge 25oz frosted mug of XX Amber to wash it all down. We'll...
Read moreSomething everyone apparently knows but me: when you Google the restaurant you immediately get an offer to order online. You have to pick a delivery service even though you're going to pick up. That costs you and mexico lindo money because the computer thinks you're a delivery service. I've done it a number of times and this was the first time it was pointed out to me. Lesson: order by phone. 1 star for me and 5 stars for Mexico lindo. (Bonus tip: all restaurants should explain this on...
