I went to Zaxby tonight. Drove all the way home and realized Zaxby’s workers had left THE MEAT off of my grill COBB salad. I called Zaxby’s and was told I can speak with the manager. The Pointe North manager told me she could give me 25% off next, when they had left the meat, the grilled chicken off of my whole salad! What is the logic in leaving the grill chicken off of the bed of lettuce - the chicken is the reason for getting the GRILLED (CHICKEN) COBB salad! No one is grilling lettuce! The bed of lettuce is not the reason!
I had driven 45 minutes to home. I made my order at 7:21 PM. They didn’t give it to me until 7:34 PM, which was an excessive wait time. When I called them after arriving home and opening up my food, it was 8:23 PM. This Zaxby closes at 9pm. Although I said it would not be feasible to drive back to the Zaxby, she says, “well I told you you could bring it back but you said you don’t want to…so”. Unfortunately, the manager failed to even apologize for the mistake. She was so bent on on devaluing me as a customer, she didn’t realize Zaxbys made a mistake. This Zaxbys location is pathetic. Too many people working there, to get everything wrong, SO often! How do you leave THE MEAT OFF!!! I think the mgr’s name was Hope. I told her “don’t waste her time writing down 25% off. “ She replied “so you don’t want the 50% off, I mean 25% off.?” (What?!!!!) She slipped up and said 50%. So why offer 25%? I am so tired of second-class citizenship treatment from businesses in Albany, especially restaurants which supposedly have standards which are not carried out, depending on who the customer is. I’m not a second-class citizen. I will not be treated like one.
Zaxbys MANAGERS, & the franchise itself, should ensure the service customers receive is for the best experience, & uphold the principle that making it right is equitable. And when you mess up an order, you...
Read moreI just stop by this location for a Zaxbys fried house salad. I pretty much get the same salad everytime, but I usual go into drive thru. Because the line was extremely long, I decided to go inside to save time and gas. I typically have a good experience and great food at this location, but today was simply horrific. The salad look thrown together and it was cleaely missing ingredients, so I asked the cashier and she agreed. She proceeded to go and ask the cooks to add something else to the salad and they replied no. I told her not to worry about it and just give me a refund. She apologized and said she would get the manager. The manager on duty made no effort to retify the situation, such as offering to remake the salad himself. I'm so tired of eating out in Albany with a lazy staff of employees working and not efficiently doing their jobs. Every male working in the kitchen appeared to have attitude and was mouthing off. In my opinion, it's extremely sad when you receive far better service from out of town eateries, than your hometown. I strongly dislike the types of customer service, professionalism, leadership, food quality and work ethics that are being displayed in Albany, GA. And people wonder why locations eventually closed in this area if Southwest Georgia. Another restaurant I won't be patronizing unless the situation is effectively handled and changes are made for the better of this...

I proceeded to ask the cashier what the price correct the young lady stated yes she proceeded to ring up my order And I noticed that the price did not change to the discount price. The young lady stated that you have to get a manager, but the manager was in a meeting so he sent a supervisor to help I shared with the supervisor what was going on she stated that they could change the price. Happened in in the drive-through as well so I asked her where she going to honor the price. She stated that she could not; so I asked for the GM. He turned to look at me and that’s when the district manager stood up and walked towards me and I share with him. How can he fix this? He said to me that we are not gonna go back-and-forth and I stated to him I wasn’t going back-and-forth. Inquiring how are you gonna honor this price? This District manager stated that he would not honor the price, but would give me a discount, I stated to him this is your establishment I go somewhere else. But let him know customer is not always right, but when you leave up the wrong Price on a menu item you should...
