I waited a week to post for time to cool off. I went to the drive thru. Placed my order. Drove to the window. Handed my payment to the cashier. Then all hell broke loose. Cashier was holding the large cup of Dr Pepper with no ice... from the bottom. My hand bearly touched the cup and she let go of the cup, causing the cup to fall hitting on the edge of my door causing the lid that was not completely on to pop off spilling almost half in my lap soaking my clothes, sitting in soaked bra and underwear, pant and shirt, trying to still catch the cup having it splash into the gear shifter, cup holder, splashing on to the passenger seat, door, windshield, floor. I was furious she just smiled and closed the window and started to make me a new drink, I was screaming for her to open the window she did and tried to hand me a new drink , I told her I wanted napkins not more drink, I did ask her how stupid she was not thinking I would need some thing to clean the mess she had just created. She handed me 4. Yes 4 tiny napkins to clean up 20oz of drink, entire cup was empted in my car. Finally, Carol, the manager, came to the window to see what was wrong and tried to hand my food out the window. She said sorry but did nothing to help remedy the problem. I ended up having to return home reshower, change clothes, and spend hours shampooing the seats, washing every inch of the interior of my car. Which has NEVER been eaten in. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. You would think after an accident like that, you would have offered to clean the mess. Not leave my stuck with cleaning the mistake the cashier made. It is the cashiers job to make sure the customer has hands securely on the drink before you let go. I will never have this happen again she ruined the drive-thru. I will never trust anyone else handing...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern, Dear Sirs: Arby's of Albemarle, is certainly not what it used to be!! We just do nor get our money's worth, anymore, at all. I asked for freshly cooked crinkled fries but I got bearley warm and hard fries. I ordered a roll up that's supposed to have Bacon in it, but didn't have any at all. Thats what makes it taste so good. It did not taste good!! I also asked for Extra Onions to be added, But They Never Do. We would have returned to the window to ask them to redo my order, but the line was very long, and the inside door was locked to the dinning room. I noticed some other people trying to get inside, but not open to the public, I wonder why!!!!! I'm extremely disappointed in this place. We usually go there a lot, but we are having second thoughts about going back there anymore. This is not the first time that we have received cold fries, and having some items left out of our sandwiches. I feel like our money spent there isn't important to them!! Someone at the Home Office, needs to check in on this place, to retrain these people on their so called jobs. I feel cheated, out of my hard earned money!!!!! Thank You, From: A very disappointed customer! P S Please, Something must be done, ASAP, because this is ridiculous and unexceptable to...
Read moreWe placed a drive through order. We got a burger that was pink inside. We have gotten burgers there before with a little pink, but this was more pink than before. We also got 3 large orders of curly fries. They were hard and dry like they had been under a heat lamp too long. The 2 roast beef sandwiches were great. I called from home to talk to the manager. Jeanette said that their burgers were supposed to be pink inside. I told her that we had ordered burgers there before that didn’t have that much pink. She argued with me and refused to give me a refund. She said the curly fries were just cooked. I said if they were, they are overcooked. She agreed to give me a refund for the curly fries but not the burger. I wasn’t driving all the way back to the store just for that. Very dissatisfied!...
