This was the worst service I've ever experienced at any KFC. Ordered online for pick up an hour in advance only to sit and wait for 45 mins. Ordered a 12 piece family meal and doubled the sides, but didn't recieve any of my second sides, or even the corn at all. While waiting, I watched as staff cursed at the shift leader or management about how they weren't going to do anything else. They forgot both the teas and when I requested the beverages, I got an eye roll and teeth sucking before they snapped their head around to fill them. No kindness courtesy or even a decent attempt to completely fill the order. Not to mention the whole time I'm waiting they were still serving customers in the drive through, but no one could manage to properly pack and bag the order timely, or even correctly. My family, friends and myself will never return to this location. The people working there displayed abhorrent behavior, and certainly had no interest in doing their job at all much less doing it decently. I was appalled at the situation, the way all of it was handled, and the attitudes of the staff were shameful. It was an ignorantly pitiful scene for what should have been a hospitable and enjoyable food purchasing experience, instead left me furious. I would not recommend anyone dining in, driving through, or picking up food from this place. If they don't completely mess up your order, they will surely ruin any expectations of even mediocre service being provided. I wish I could rate them negative stars. Shameful to witness and endure the environment and circumstances, but the lesson was learned and it certainly won't happen again. If the staff hates their job so much, I assure them, I will not be coming back for them to need to keep it and they should certainly work somewhere they won't curse and be rude to their supervisors and customers. They deserve a decent working environment, and people deserve service worth receiving, as well as all the food they've paid for to be able to enjoy a meal with their family...

If we would have none the service was going to be that bad we would have went to Bojangles in Richfield since they are closer to home. We went through the drive through and it took 2 trips back into the store to get the order corrected. They first handed the order out the drive through window with the gravy spilled all over the bucket of chicken. She took the order back in, they clean the mess up and while doing this they did not put all the food back in the bag. She found out the order was short part of the sides after returning to the car, ment a second trip into the store to get what was missing on the second trip. It seemed the staff was more interested in playing then waiting on the customers. It will be a long time before we go back. Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars, I would! Stopped by on our way home from the beach and wish we had chosen elsewhere. Ordered meals and wasn’t told they were out of biscuits; wasn’t even offered anything as a substitute. Only found out when my MIL sat down and opened her box, noticed, and went up to claim her missing biscuit that they told us they didn’t have any. She’d also ordered a Pepsi; was self serve so they gave her the cup, but failed to mention they were out of Pepsi too. We ate and as we were headed out, she asked to speak to a manager to mention the issues, but the manager was so defensive, she wouldn’t even offer anything resembling an apology, let alone offer anything to make up for the missing part of our meals we had paid for!
