Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Albemarle

We had 2 messed up orders and have proof. On Sept 1st we ordered delivery of a pizza, a papadilla, & wings with extra sauces; seen in photo. The driver delivered the wrong order, seen in photo and we called right away. The boxes didnt have our names on it. They have use the credit and said to call the store to get the order again another day because they were busy. We called a week later to order the same thing. The mananger was over the top rude. He first refused to deliver and said he couldnt find the order. Then, after delivering they again sent the wrong order, seen in photo on Sept 6th. Only one pizza. My girl called them again and the manager was very rude and accused us of lying on the phone. We explained that we had proof on the ring camera. He proceeded to scold her on the phone. I ordered for delivery a few weeks ago and he messed up my order So I called The guy apologized and said that he was the only one cooking and he only had one driver and that would be 2 hours before he could get the driver back out or I can call at a later date and get my order resent so I did that So I just called to get it reordered and he thw guy that answered the phone said I'd have to pay $4.99 for them to bring it out to me Even though they were replacing their screw up in the first place and if I would have got it that night they would have brought it back out to me free of charge so what's the difference. I changed my rating due to after he told me I had to pay he sent the delivery driver with exactly what was messed up...

Pizza’s are great but customer service is seriously slacking! Ordered pizza online (said they wouldn’t deliver to us, although they have delivered to us before), when we arrived at the store it said pizza was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up. Of course with COVID-19- had to wait outside store, someone came out to get the money. Paid for it, employee went in and came back out and said it was not ready. By now it was showing online as “picked up- order complete”. 20 minutes later I got one hot pizza and one cold pizza.
