Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Albuquerque

If you're looking for a tasty burger that's very inexpensive please stop by this location on Fortuna and Coors this is one of the better locations throughout Albuquerque New Mexico region in my opinion the burgers are always handmade and grills in front of you so you can see there's also a side order that most people pass up and that is the seasoned fries those fries are especially tasty I also like the unique ketchup packets that are giving out with each order they're the ones with plastic tear top and the ketchup squeeze out in perfect amounts the service is always good you always greeted with the welcome to Blake's Lotaburger when you walk in the door as far as the price is concerned very inexpensive three meals lot of burger combos I should say costed me about $23 it cost about the same amount for two meals at McDonald's or Burger King there's also something else that Blake's Lotaburger is known for and that is for the chocolate and vanilla milkshakes those are very good it's a real quick place for in and out as well your orders are always made really fast and haven't you in a timely manner there is no drive to a Blake's Lotaburger at this location there is another location is but not this one so you get an old 50 styles of a diner with the round chairs in the bar top counters thanks Blake's for making tasty...

I don’t know where the shift happened, but I’m now changing my original post which shows how much of a difference there is.

My two past visits to this location have been horrible. I have placed my order online and both times they have completely messed it up. The first time, they said I placed it “too early,” and this second time they made it two hours early and handed it to me from under the counter.

I have had to wait in the lobby while they remake my order, with no apology, or offer of a refund for not being able to handle online orders.

This was my first time coming to this location, and I have to say I think some other stores should try as hard as this one does at providing great customer service.

I placed my order over the phone before I left work to save some time. Before ending the call Marcos repeated my order back to me, gave me the total amount due, and gave me an estimated time of how long my order will take to be ready for pick up.

I was happy to walk into a clean store with a happy and friendly staff! They were quick to check me out, and they double checked my order before handing to...

It's a pretty good burger. I'm new here in Albuquerque and missed going to Five Guys back in California and wanted a good burger. My coworkers told me about this place. They said it was comparable to IN-N-OUT... it wasn't. For me personally it's comparable to a Foster Freeze. Basically it's like you went to a picnic and got a burger and I'm not complaining for sure! Got the Blake's style burger, bacon, cheese, and green chili on the side instead of on top... needed to do a tester first. Got a double patty as well as that was worth it! Meat was well seasoned and juicy. Didn't have an insane amount of oil coming out. All the condiments were great! The staff was great! They did a great job considering it's during a pandemic. I ordered online if you must know. Took around 10min since I drove over there. The shake was well... a shake and thre French fries were French fries. Definitely coming back here though! I think I'll try seasoned...
