The only reason this is 5 stars is because I adore Adrienne and her family business and I don't believe the locations mistakes should fall on the owner. On Friday, 10/25 I went in for two orders of green Chile cheese fries with asado. I did not ask for my receipt because I paid for this order and usually have no issues. I go on my lunch break faithfully as I love the food and so do my coworkers. When I got back to work, I went to eat my lunch and my fries were extremely undercooked, as well as my co workers. I called in today, I don't get off until 230pm (they were closed then) and didn't have time to call before they closed and this location is closed on the weekend. The manager, Karina, had no empathy and told me I should've called same day and brought the food back if I wanted it to be remade. Keep in mind, I go on my 30 minute lunch, and I'm extremely busy all day and cannot be on my phone as I work in a bank setting. So I called this morning first chance I had. I wanted it this brought to the attention of the owners because I know they wouldn't approve of how she handled it. Last time I had an issue, the male manager (don't remember his name) was extremely polite and fixed my order no questions asked. I have loved burrito express since I worked there back in 2019. I recommend it to all my friends, family, coworkers, even strangers. Karina should learn proper customer service when it comes to a mistake made on your end. I simply called to bring attention to the issue, didn't ask for a refund and Karina was rude about it. Undercooked food can make someone sick. Also, its a little pricey but I pay because I enjoy the food, but this time I did not. My order was a little over 15$ and it got thrown in the garbage 😭. I know I can count on the owners to address the situation. I will not ever go to this location...

Read morePeople have been telling me to go to burrito express for years (mostly because it is so close) and so I finally went. After seeing the size of their $8 burritos, I only needed one, the asado supreme burrito. The cheese melted into the red chile and the flavors were balanced just right for what a New Mexican style burrito should be. There was a good mix of potato, beans, and meat. The spice level was medium, meaning that people from a predominantly European white food culture might have trouble with it, but the spice does not impede the flavors from coming through. The wait time was under five minutes from the time I submitted the order to the time the burrito...
