Warning to ALL electrical contractors! This company sux at pushing paperwork through. They lost my application which took 3 months to get a response. They took my tax ID number and pushed a hit on my credit just to give me a pay as you go account. They ask how much credit on the application but there is no credit involved. Now that I have 4 jobs going on They are saying that they basically pushed a hit on my credit and asked for my tax ID number for nothing. The lady Nancy and the office never returns calls so the customer service is terrible. I would recommend setting up a new account t through Summit first because the customer service and credit account paper pushers for this company are terrible. They also told me they didn't push my credit account because I hadn't used it yet and that they needed references from other shops to push it again.
