Read moreWe come here often, but our visit on 6/6/2025 was by far the worst experience we’ve had. I arrived first and requested a table for five. While I waited and watched the Red Sox vs. Yankees game near the entrance, another party of five arrived after me—but they were seated immediately. I had just seen them pull into the parking lot as I walked in. I questioned the hostess (wearing a peach/pinkish bathing suit) about why they were seated first. She claimed, “the other girl said they were here first.” I then asked the other hostess (in a greenish top and jean shorts) how she could make that statement when she wasn’t even at the entrance. Her dismissive response was, “Do you believe everything people tell you?” At that point, I requested to speak with a manager due to the unprofessional behavior. The manager, John, came over but did not improve the situation. He gave us one of the worst tables in the restaurant—directly under a TV, making it difficult and uncomfortable to watch the game. Meanwhile, a set of three tall tables in the middle of the restaurant was partially occupied—one table on the left by four people and one on the right by seven, while the center table was empty. We asked to be seated there or outside on the patio at another available table. John claimed the center table was already “taken” by someone at the right-hand table, and the patio table was reserved for a party that hadn’t arrived yet. When I asked if they were accepting reservations now, John replied, “I gave you a table already. Take it or leave it. There are other places you can go. I have a million people here.” I pointed out that there were clearly not “a million people” and emphasized we were simply asking for a better table. Eventually, we moved to a booth and tried to make the best of it. Later, we noticed the party at the right table had left, yet the guest at center table remained unoccupied. I asked the guests who later sat there if they knew the people who were previously seated to the right—they said no. It was clear John had lied to us. This experience was deeply frustrating. I regret not having contact information for John’s supervisor because I believe both he and the hostesses handled the situation poorly and lacked basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, I have the impression that this kind of treatment may not be a...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this establishment . I came to the restaurant Friday night (feb 28th) after work and sat at the bar around 1 o’clock am. I ordered a shot of don Julio repo with a pineapple back and a liquid marijuana . Cassie goes back and forth talking to the other bar tender and comes back to say they didn’t have don 70. I replied and said I had asked for don repo. She only replied oh ok. She gives me a bigger glass with a salt rim a lime. Completely different glass from my friends who had shots as well. The amount looked short as well but I let it go. I looked at my ticket and saw she still had me in for a 20 shot of don 70 and asked the other bar tender to change it which she did. I was talking to my friend about eating after and Cassie stopped and asked if we wanted a menu, I asked her if she was sure the kitchen was still open because I thought at a certain time they stop serving food or at least cut back on the menu and she replied yes you can order from the full menu. I said ok and ordered the lobster Mac and cheese. After about 20 minutes of waiting she tells me my rolls will be right out. My friend and I were confused and asked her what rolls. And she said the rolls you ordered. I told her I ordered the Mac and cheese and she responded by saying “ohhhh I rang in the rolls…” I said ok… so she said she would go to the kitchen and talk to them . She comes back and her exact word were, “so I actually could out OUR OVENS HAVE BEEN OFF SINCE 12” I completely understand the kitchen shutting down half way or fully at a certain time but I specifically ASKED and you said YES THE WHOLE MENU. She then tells me that she can leave them on my ticket and I can pay for them or she can take them off and not get them which ok fine I didn’t want them anyways. But the craziest part is after I answered and said I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t order she goes to the back, gets the rolls, AND EATS THEM IN FRONT OF ME. Honestly the audacity it’s absolutely crazy. It was down right just disrespectful and distasteful. I’m a server myself and I would NEVER treat someone like that. I love twin peaks and I truly hope you get your staff members...
