My Personal opinion of places like this are along the "avoid this, and places like this, at all costs" Line. But in the interest of commerce , and My belief in giving it straight to my fellow denizens who might actualy need a heads up, i will be objective in my consideration, in contrast to the obtuse attitudes and adverse aires, and racially biased culture That come with the main aim of the franchise: wealth extraction, hidden behind overpriced coffee esspresso latte and thier related accessories and Trinkets, on the other side of the counter local employees are offered disparate hours at low wages With no hope of any meaningful kind of wellness plan, any meaningfull value added to thier resume, for accepting a job offer from the seattle based strain of corporate cancer cell. But i digress, lets get on to the review, Situated just a stanky leg wobble south of the.San.mateo blvd /Montgomery blvd Intersection in the Southeast extreme of The Albertsons Market parking lot. This particular Starbucks is a new construction sitting on top of the old demolished panchos restraunt site. My first impression of its outside appearance is the parking area and drive thru, the outside patio is it is kept. Quite clean and swept. As are the.Windows crystal clear, however; any welcoming to or wayfinding signage as to the Lavatories Location is conspicuously absent among the interior accoutrements designed to filter to the menu. The Interior of this location is clean as a whistle..and many the employees are helpful and cheerful. I did have 2 seperate encounters with a rushed distracted and sloppy mid worker and an snippy precocious barista wannabe in a manager who was peobably just having a bad day ...with that said...both times my large frozen caramel cafe machiaotto was a sublimely decadent.and satisfying imbibement I guiltily enjoyed lamenting only its overpriced brain freeze the Fake Bourgeoisie of burque enjoy on...

When I let them know it was wrong, the order taker (who turned out to be the manager) argued with me about what I ordered. REALLY! I ordered a coffee (that was right), and a cheese danish. They gave me a ham and cheese croissant….the big problem is, that I am highly allergic to ham. It looked diff, so I picked at it rather than just bitting into it. So crisis averted….but the really astonishing thing is the manager/order taker argued with me that I had in fact ordered a ham and cheese…REALLY? All she had to do was fix it with an “I’m sorry” or acknowledgement of some sort rather than an argument as to what I ordered. Perhaps training in customer service and people skills would be in order.
Typical Albuquerue Starbucks. Slow, don’t get the drinks right 1/2 the time. Just tried this location gain this morning (10/3/18)...unfortunately didn’t get drinks...
Read moreStarbucks is known for a good spot to do work and hangout, but not this time. Des was the cashier that took our order and she was very rude. My girlfriend was trying a new drink she saw and Des just kept responding “well that’s weird but if you want it that way,” bringing her down instead of trying to upsell. As she’s making the drink she decides to make a comment saying “this drink is gross” , I hear her because I’m sitting right next to the bar . At no point did she smile or make any of the people with me feel welcomed . Definitely needs to work on customer service and politeness. I’ve worked for corporate and this would’ve definitely been something reported back to office. As I’m sitting their I’m observing her make other people’s drinks and again just keep...
