Order was screwed from the start. The staff was more focused on getting stoned in the black car parked out front than working.
All my 3 tacos if that's what you want to call what I was served were incorrect had none of what I paid extra for on them. l ordered extra meat on the tacos what I got was half a normal portion. The tortillas were so hard on the edge they cracked like glass the rest of it was chewy and soggy at the same time. The fries with chilli were undercooked and gritty inside and cool internally the cheese was solid the chilli was barely warm enough to wilt the cheese slice. The extra large extra strawberry lemonade was a diet or watered down lemonade no strawberry with an extra straw.with no way to make a lemonade into a strawberry lemonade.
The reason for all this: Apparently my order and the 1 before me interrupted the parking lot smoke session for the kitchen staff and when they finished they were so stoned they couldn't determine which of the 2 ordered was mine. 45 mins after the order was placed (I was 7 mins away from the store). She sat outside and cried as I listened to the employees laugh and joke they always rate drivers low because they don't have a real job. I was amazed. They even have a sign outside that says you will get rated low if you don't do certain things. They just want to collect the money and have no customer service. Because of their location they will probably keep being successful but the management is obviously responsible for all of that behavior. I would never treat my employees or customers this way.
