My experience at this location has sadly never been great! Tonight was frustrating above all else. I place our order online at 7:20pm and was told it would be ready by 7:45pm. I arrived at 7:45 and was not greeted once until another customer came in and jumped the line. I stated my name for the order placed and she said it was almost ready. During my wait, two different Door Dash employees were explaining how the wait is frustrating to them as it affects the tips they receive. I tried to be patient but several customers had come and gone. I finally checked the time to realize it was now 8:05pm! I ordered 3 small items! What the heck is taking so long? Not once was I given a status update on my order or asked for my name again to verify they got the correct info since I had been waiting so long already. I finally asked what was taking so long. She brought me an order that wasnt mine and when I told her what I ordered she laughed and thought that I was there for an order under a guys name and not the name I stated!!! I got home to feed the family (I live not even 2min from the location) & our food was cold, no bacon on the burger we ordered and we ordered regular ranch but was given something else! First off I need to bring the necessary attention to the Outstanding Management team that usually assist me at this location.The management is consistently outstanding as well as the staff. I am either assisted by the manager Lisa or by Charlie due to using my chiliās rewards
Lisa is consistently friendly, helpful and just always in a great mood and very personable and thanks me for stopping in. Lisa keep shining bright like the diamond you are.
Charlie is outstanding as well, she is also great at what she does to help with the public.
Amanda usually takes my order and is just amazing. Amanda always has a smile in her voice and always goes over and beyond to check for accuracy in my placed order.
Chiliās corporation, please take the necessary time to acknowledge the outstanding staff and management that you have for us the public at this Chiliās restaurant location.

The food remains to be sooooo delicious, a great value and has an outstanding menu selection. I have recently come across the ā3forMeā section on the menu, and I must say you canāt beat the value and choices in that section.

I couldn't ask for crispy bacon or a well done hamburger, really? His words, "We can not customize to go orders." Do you have a separate kitchen? It better cost me less if I cant have the same amenities as dining in. I go pick up the food and the bacon isn't cooked at all, its cold and gummy like it was just pulled out of a package and put on the burger, DISGUSTING. Do you not cook bacon? You serve microwave food? Guess what I did when I got home. I had to cook my own burger, OMG poor me right? Wouldn't of been so bad but that's what I paid them for. I know this comment is going to go nowhere but at least I got it off my chest. I even have a picture of the burger in my frying pan. We have been loyal, never a complaint, until lately.
