The Security downstairs segregated my entrance,and called me "The crazy ones", because I wouldn't speak to my bullies*, while I was being discriminated against. The most grotesque way, Public, ( as they called out for me to enter different . Enough to distract everyone in line, at 8 am 09/25/2025 for my 8:45 am hearing. The customer service desk refused to help me. She laughed, I replied, " Well, thank God I don't know the layout." I had a Unfair trial with Judge Ramon Mateas, he didn't even look at one of documents, from CABQ grievance, My housing contract, or my filed paperwork, he had a sinister smile. Ruled against me, say "I didn't try hard enough." *New Mexico has not only chosen Racial Segregation for me, but actual Jim Crow court cases for myself, also. I have to get legal help, because your city is Lynching me in the Daylight. I have yet, to Break any law, he gave me 14 days to evacuate my home, after a mistrial. I never received the documentation that he brought as a evidence, it never existed before yesterday. **He wouldn't look at any documentation I provided to the court 09/18/25. The resources I told the judge I went to, he repeated back to me, as places I needed to go. I really need someone to hear the court taping of my hearing, but I have contacted my embassy. Now I know, that even in the courts, I am not safe, from your security guards, your customer service desk, and unfair trial and Doctored evidence. Why would I not tell the truth, when you've already harmed me, in more ways than you could imagine. I refuse to hate myself, and I love my skin, even if it doesn't register a human to you. You ridiculed me for not doing the work, I just told him I did, and allowed my defendant to approach his bench, (*with fake evidence )as if they knew each other. After I begged for my human rights and explained my social security number is being used to gain funds, for the rent hearing I had.

**Check the record cuz they even try to lie and say my signature was on this paper, I've never seen this. My landlord and tender love communities fabricated this paper before this hearing and never emailed me a copy.

In fact, I had to go their office, to find out how to check in for court, because every single person humiliated me on the way in. Starting with my segregated door entrance. 8am- 10 am. My son had a warrant for an expired license plate. Metro court said $100 to get warrant off and get him a new court date. Well when you are waiting to talk to Metro Court it says you have an option to pay online. Sooo I paid it online, well guess what, you CANNOT PAY A WARRANT ONLINE (but it took my money anyway) , which no one tells you, you have to go to the Metro Court and pay the bond in person. They refuse to refund my money so that i can go in to Metro Court and pay them in person and take care of the bond, they are keeping my money and want me to pay an additional $100 !!! This such a racket ! I would put a no star at all but in order for this review to be seen i have to put at least 1 star. It is terrible that our system kicks people when they are down, I get it that he should be responsible and had gone to court, but as hard as it is on people to stay above water, this is absolutely...

So apparently this court is getting everyone financially and they are blaming covid. I tried to change the address on my license and found out that it was suspended so I looked up what the problem was and there was no info. A few months ago, I got a traffic ticket and was in there virtual court room. They told me that someone would call me shortly after the court hearing to take my payment of court fees over the phone. They never did and I never got any letters in the mail. They also said I missed a court hearing on May 12th, which I also never got a letter for. Now they are charging me $400. They also did the same thing to my fiance. He had a traffic ticket and they never called him after court to pay his court fees and they charged him $177.
