Poorly managed establishment. New owner is nothing short of a joy to deal with. New owner openly admits to never being in the bar business not having a clue how to run the establishment. Bar manager was a bartender for 30 years and was fired from previous establishments as a bartender. Overly involved with customers affairs to the point customers have her personal number and call to complain. Management is hit or miss. New owner is unaware of activities due to constant travel leaving the never present inattentive bar manager in place. High turnover rate and not exactly urban female friendly with visit full of micro aggressions and hostility. If you do not know the owner she announces it while drunk and using language that is inappropriate. Sundays daytime bartender provides very slow disorganized service. Catch occasional anti-Semitic and racial slurs while visiting. Definitely do not recommend this establishment. Poor business practices, poorly managed and nepotistic attitudes and behaviors. Discriminatory practices. Expectations of customers to run security.

There is no food in this establishment not even snacks. It appears there will be no food except for daytime patrons on Mondays.

Urban males are more than welcome inside this establishment. Urban females DO NOT GO!!!!

Fired their only Urban female after 5 Days due to proving dominance and authority. Customers witnessed abusive behaviors by employees, management and the owner. Expect business to slow as regulars are dissatisfied with new ownership and management. Many have voiced their concerns to only be dismissed because of the attitudes.

They're too bartenders there that are wonderful but unfortunate reality is they are not and I do mean the whole staff in the management not the particular bartenders, but they're not controlling the environment and when people walk in and smoke and vape because vaping is still smoking they don't control the environment and I was told because I reported this after years of putting up with it and this time it made me very sick and a guy blue smoke right in my face when I asked him I sleep please don't do that I have asthma, he blew it right in my face and cause the severe asthma attack and instigated an upper respiratory respiratory infection. I was told I would not be allowed back in until the owner called me and talk to me yet that has never happened. Why do law abiding citizens who respect the establishment get punished? Why aren't they just telling the people who are smoking and vaping to stop and do it outside or better yet if they don't follow the law and respect the safety of others which is why the non smoking law exists, why not just remove the bad element because most people are respectful but for some reason they just turn a blind eye to smokers. Folks you can put anything in a vape pen you can put marijuana or cocaine or meth and mix it in with whatever you're smoking and this is extremely reckless irresponsible and dangerous of the establishment to not address this and it is wrong to punish someone or asking the bartender who worked that night or the bar management to address this immediately and follow the law which regards public safety. September 27th, taking my best friend out for her birthday she put her card at the bar to start a tap I made sure to tell the bartender that I was going to go in the car it was just going to be cash. Had to get all my drinks at the bar no waiter no waitress came to my table. When I went to the bar to cash out the tab a new waitress came up with a brown shirt and an attitude, she ran my friend's card whose birthday it was and when I told her she wasn't supposed to do that she looked at me with a grimace and said well you didn't tell me. When I put zero on the tip line she looked at me and said really on $100 tab you're not going to leave me anything, entitled. I wasn't about to put more money on the card that wasn't even supposed to be charged in the first place. She then loudly yells you'll never be allowed in here again as I'm counting her tip to a different waiter $30 she runs across the bar and takes a picture of me with her phone. When I go to get my friend's card back and give her the bad news she runs up to my friend on her birthday and says you're not going to be allowed to here ever again either.
