So I used to work at this place back in the late 200010s until the beginning of the 2020s and let me just tell you that the old district manager at that time Shane, never once let what they let slide these days slide back then. I hear Shane is the owner now? Well, one thing that was a huge no-no when we worked there was the workers turning off or taking the batteries out of the phones so they would not have to worry about calling orders let me just tell you there’s people like me in this world. And we use Colin orders to call in the food so we don’t have to wait in the line because we have important things to get back to me. Example get back to my sick dying grandmother. Others I’m sure don’t have time to wait. That’s why they call it in . I could be wrong, and correct me if I am wrong please but the last eight out of nine times I have called to make a pick up order. The phones have been either completely ringing or saying user busy and there’s no way that phone would be saying user busy for two hours straight, I’m just extremely disappointed in this great restaurant failing to customers needs I love this place and I will never talk bad about the quality of the food or anything like that but something needs to change with these young guys working here. They make good food, but that is a sign of laziness to me that they take the battery out or unplug the phone so they don’t have to receive orders… Just wow I would even go as far as to give this place a 10 out of 10 but as of lately that they haven’t been answering phones, it’s moved to a swift...
Read moreStopped at this location for a sandwich this afternoon. It was my second visit since their opening. I am a huge Jersey Mike's fan and it was a regular lunch spot for me while I lived in Texas, so I was very happy when I found locations here in ABQ. Today's visit was very disappointing. The wait was long, even though there was only three customers in front of me. But, much worse, the bread was old and stale. If I had to guess, the bread was from the previous day. If it was baked in the morning, it didn't hold well at all. It's the first time, ever, that I didn't finish my Jersey Mike's sandwich. My other complaint, this location has far fewer sandwich varieties than I was accoustomed to at the locations in Texas. Read moreWhat can I say I love giant Philly cheesesteaks, enough said but this location can't make a sandwich right for a single instance in over a year after their remodel. Tell them not to put in onions and it wouldn't matter if you're allergic they won't listen.

Fast forward to today 7/18/23 we tried it once again... nope same problem this location isn't worth going to ever go to the San Mateo location.
Just go to any other location this place will never get its act together. We went from being regulars weekly to having to drive across town to the San Mateo location just to get no onions or peppers.
