Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I live so close (pretty much across the street) to this jack in the box, so i give it many chances and have been here many times. They get my order wrong almost 100% of the time. Sometimes the food is cold, not fresh. They are nice about it but after a while, being nice about messing my order up multiple times is not enough. Tiny tacos means 1 order of tiny tacos. It doesnt mean an order of (2) tacos. They did this to me twice. I ordered tiny tacos and they give me regular tacos. The 2nd time they gave me TWO ORDERS OF TINY TACOS. Another time i ordered tiny tacos again and i asked for loaded and they gave me plain tiny tacos. Another example is I ordered a teriyaki bowl and it was dry with no offer for sauces. Also, An egg roll with no offer to get sauce. They arent rude, but they lack service skills. Also, They messed up my order of curly fries, they gave me onion rings! I mean its free food but i want what i order right the first time. Come on already. Homeless also stand right by the cars and ask for money/food. Next time i go here, im not putting up (im going to IGNORE THEM) with them asking me for money anymore, the homeless approach me in my car by myself with my window rolled up. I found my place for upscale fast food with an amazingly over abundant menu spanning from, yes the famous jack in the box burgers we all know, with new late night(I think) bizarre additions that are mouth watering. Ha. The hangover burger with a fried egg. ( feels like home back in Hawaii) Anyways did you know they have Mexican (well TACOS) and Chinese food as well. AND THEYRE GOOD !!!. Not to mention their shakes blow out any competition their so thick and smooth. The lobby is ultra clean and nicely decided as well as furnished with the condiments and sauces on pump !!! that we all love to indulge on and get charged extra ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Its free. Gotta love it. BBQ sauce...Ranch Dressing... In addition to the basics. Great job. $5.00 meal coupons got me through the door but the food was picture perfect quality. Hot. Went there specifically for the spicy popcorn chicken. Waited for a while in the drive thru. Finally got my food and went home. Opened it up and had the wrong thing (normal popcorn chickeen). And that was after they confirmed it to me three times. Obviously they don't pay any attention to what they're doing.

Edited: I will give them credit for contacting me about my issues and apologizing. They did send me a gift card that I used for the correct chicken (which is really good, there's a reason I go there when they have it). They still need to work on their attention to detail, but they are trying to improve.

Edit #2: I'm lowering my review to one star. The next two times I went there I was (1) ignored completely and (2) they were out of the heavily advertised spicy chicken. I'm a reasonable person and realize that mistakes happen, but not EVERY SINGLE TIME, unless the restaurant is very badly managed.
