Worst place I've been to in 10 years, and in 4 states. I'd give zero Stars if I could.
I went in with several pictures for inspiration - wanting some southwest designs. My favorites were the rugs - basically just a bunch of stripes. I was told immediately that they couldn't do those because they didn't "have all the colors". There were just 6 colors in the design! I told them I didn't need them to be exactly like in the picture just along the same theme but they insisted they couldn't do them. I wish I had left then.
I showed them 3 other pictures and was told they couldn't do them, before I finally found one they COULD do - 2 triangles on the base of the nail. I said that if they could have the area inside the triangles a different color than the rest of the nail - it would work. Still a lot simpler than I like, but I try to be accommodating.
Nope. They could only do 1 color on all the nails (can't even switch up that) with 2 black lined triangles. For $70.
Now I've happily paid that much (and more) for my nails - but when I did, it was to people who could do anything you could imagine, and then make it a bit better. NOT 2 lined triangles!!
So I opted instead to just have some basic nail polish put on and I would get the designs done somewhere else. Turns out even that was a mistake. Not only did my nails come out completely different lengths, but she couldn't seem to hold the Dremel tool on my nails. She kept dropping it and slipping all over the place as though it was her first time holding one. I know it wasn't because she greeted other customers by name, but if she's that bad with practice then she needs to find a new job. She put just one coat of paint on my nails + glitter and tried to convince me that it was a beautiful color. It wasn't - it was very washed out of course. Then she started to brag about how their business is special because they do their nails extra thick. I have had businesses ask if I want that before. I don't. I know people who do because of the work they do, but I don't like it. I'm an artist (painting mostly). My nails don't need to be heavy-duty. Not only that, but within two days they were already lifting! What good does it do to make them extra thick if they're just going to lift off anyway?
To summarize: They failed at filling nails, shaping them, getting the correct length, polishing them, and proved to be completely inept at doing even the most simple of designs. Pretty sure I could go to any Junior High and ask someone to put a layer of stripes on my nails to look like a rug. I could certainly get a couple of triangles done for less than...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat prices. 30 for acrylic set, 20 for pedi. nice clean place, MANY choices. I probably won't go back. Again, great service, good job good prices. my issue is... well I like natural looking nails. I know the trend these days are flourecent bedazzled safari talons and man can they do that, they even do the crazy acrylic 3D shapes... SO much talent. I like a shorter 1/8 inch (max) oval tip, something I can grow naturally, with just a thin layer of reinforcement. I tried to tell him this.. "I'm boring" but I think the expectation is the anarchy I described above and he just kept leaning that way. I gave up after a while and ended up with 1/4 inch tips.. pointed like Elvira (I exaggerate) that I filed down at home. still too thick for my liking. They had great personalities and prices, and if your into that kind of thing, by all means do... but you might have trouble being satisfied if you fancy yourself a professional woman, instead of a 22 year old...
