This is the worst subway ever! Avoid this place at all costs! Very rude employees and management! I placed an order online 6/22/25, went in to pick it up because the app said the order was ready yet when I showed up it still had to be made and I had to wait on other customers the black female worker had the worst attitude rolling her eyes and everything, very condescending and acted like she hated life. The native male worker wasn’t any better both had the same attitude no greeting when you walk in, not a welcoming environment the employees act like you are bothering them as if they have somewhere better to be. So I was very dissatisfied with their customer service I’d rather take my business elsewhere I ask the female worker to stop making my food because at that point I just didn’t trust her even touching my food I ask for a refund and they said I will need to cancel online and get the refund processed online they have nothing to do with online orders. So I ask how to do that they said they didn’t know it wasn’t their problem I said ok I’ll figure it out and left. No where in the subway app does it allow to cancel and order and request a refund it said to contact the restaurant directly so I end up having to go back to the subway still was refused a refund, refused a manager and the employees refused to provide their name! Management needs to do better and hire employees with a better customs service attitude! And learn to process refunds still working out getting this refund because now at this point I’m considering my money stolen...
Read moreI placed two separate orders to where they were supposed to be toasted. Apparently they said none of the orders were toasted than they wanted to proceed to say that it does not say on the receipts, so when I sent my husband to get my phone so that I can show them myself than the “manager lady” says that yes it is on the receipt. So she goes as far as opening my sandwich to show that it was toasted but than I showed her in my phone where it says that my order was sit ready yet an the whole time it was ready. I was waiting on them to let me know it was ready so that I can get my food. She saw me waiting in my car the whole time cause she came outside to be on her phone to argue with someone. Not very ladylike o professional. She even has an appearance of an angry person, that does not call in customers. Came into town on business but will never come to this location again. Read moreI went to this location yesterday, a family of 5. 2 small kids, my older daughter, my disabled mom and myself. We went in after visiting my cousin at the hospital. Went in and as I was standing in line to order, my mom needed to use the bathroom, they had keypad locks on the door so we asked for the code. The manager RUDELY said that we would NOT use HER bathroom until we bought something. I said I’m staying right here to order sandwiches. She insisted that we PAY first before using HER bathroom. My disabled mom had to wait until I ordered everyone’s sandwich before she could use the bathroom. Then I asked for extra olives on one of the sandwiches and they rudely said it would be extra. I felt so bad for telling her that the middle of our pizzas were cold because as soon as a did she tossed them in the trash and yelled at the girl that made them. I’ve also never been to a subway that charged extra for olives. During the rest of the visit all we could hear is the manager yelling at the employees about different things.
