I have visited this location many times. This occurence was by far the worst. Flash back, the first time We went, we sat at the bar. For 20 minutes we watched the bartender flounder behind the bar, alone while drink orders printed off and were filled in a somewhat delayed manner and glasses piling up at the area that was used to set the prepared drinks. Ran out of room and went to doing dishes, still hadn't acknowledged us. Once we did place the order it still took a while to get the drink, we were sitting at the bar top.
Ok back to this visit, we try to let people have a bad day and not crush them with bad comments. We sat down at a high top table in the bar area. About 10 minutes later a server came over to drop off menus and take drink orders but quickly started that she was not our server when my wife said that we were ready to order. Now we wait, 20 minutes go by and the same server comes back to say that they had switched sections and she would be taking care of us. At this point, I'm irritated. We place our order, nothing fancy, boneless wings ranch, veggies and fries. And we wait again about 30 minutes this time. So doing the math we have been here for an hour waiting when the food finally shows up, my wife had ordered her wings with extra sauce, many of them were almost completely dry as were mine but I didn't specify additional sauce. 20 minutes after getting our food and watching the end of a ball game we were asked if we were ready for the check. Really, we wait and hour and now you are trying to push me out the door?!? I am completely beside myself now and told the server to give us a few minutes and we were going to finish the game. She walked to the drink area beside the bar and sat down, as if to pout about us keeping her at work.
I gave this place 1 star because of the frequency of poor service. Corporate needs to step in and evaluate who needs to be retained. I do know that one of the managers appeared to be flirting with many of the other, much younger, servers but that was just my perception. Doubt I'll make it back even as much as I would like to see the Superbowl.
Stay away unless you just want confirmation of...

Read moreSeems like every time we give it “one more chance,” it gets worse. Aside from the restaurant being extremely dirty (old sauce caked in the sun shades, dirty floors, and a dead cockroach) the service also needs attention. My husband and I went for lunch last week. The hostess was nice, though the vape in her back pocket was clearly unprofessional. They had her running the host stand, running food to tables, and assisting where servers should have been. I would have understood if they were short staffed, like many restaurants are these days. However, counting my husband and myself, there were FIVE tables seated. The hostess took our drink order, our server greeted us, and both failed to give us straws (and lemon) for 15 minutes. Our server explained that she was new, no biggie, however it was clear management was not doing a good job of making new hires feel confident and informed when she asked US if something we had ordered was on the menu. It was a relief that our food came out as expected, just missing celery - again, no big deal - just a small detail that makes service seem more attentive. I’m really hoping management steps up and takes care of the restaurant we all once knew and...
