Burger King — Restaurant in Aldine

I almost always give positive reviews, .. that being said: This place needs a manager!! .. someone who cares about business and how customers perceive their experience at the restaurant. I was absolutely shocked when I saw a person laying down on the booth with a blanket over them, listening to videos, at top volume. Absolutely annoying everyone around. I thought it was a homeless person... Only to find out when he walked behind the counter and started running the cash register. He's an employee!! . Still with his phone in his hand. This person must not be aware of his surroundings. A BLANKET AT WORK? Then running outside and back inside. Then had some issue with his ear / earring requiring a napkin on his ear .. and behind the counter and handling food .. without washing his hands.

Where is the manager? Who allowed this behavior?

The young woman who took my order was very nice and worked quickly .. the young man who brought me my meal was very cordial and friendly.

The whole experience was just ruined by the one employee, .. who I hope learns that restaurants are businesses. Not your second home .. The people eating in the business/ restaurant don't want to hear your video from under the blanket, while trying to enjoy the meal they paid for, that pays your wage. The night manager is horrible her attitude is awful.We order 2 5$ buddle deals an extra chicken nugget and a taco.The only thing was fresh was the fries and taco the nuggets was old and dried out. It's asham how we spend money at this newly remodeled location for us to get food servered to us like we're animals. I called twice she hung up the phone in my face. They didn't give me a receipt the 1st time so my son went back up there she still was rude and unfair. Some people can not be manager's over your business because they will bring you business completely into the ground. I would put negative if i could. Worst burger king by far that i have gone too. This is the 3 time I have been to this location and they never get the order right. I try not to complain but the first 2 time I ordered a number 2 texas double whopper with cheese meal and received impossible burger (yuck) could not reach anyone and could not get back over there because i was at work. This time I ordered a BBQ brisket whopper and has no brisket lots of sauce hamburger and pickle. So again I called 4 times let it ring till it started beeping. Had a voice worker take it back and they looked at it said its there under cheese. Then refused to replace it. So know it has been touched by me, my coworker who showed them and the person at burger king. They also did not put my receipt in the bag and when asked for a copy refused.
